Hi chechi, i tried the plum cake adding fresh orange zest and excluding the dates. Turned out super delicious. Other plum cakes from rum soaked nuts and fruits seem to be too overwhelming for my taste buds. This version is a super hit and my little one was overjoyed at the divine smell. He didn't let me wait until it cooled down even. And the next day it was heavenly taste. You made our Christmas extra special. ❤️ Thank you and Merry Christmas. Please do add recipes for kids friendly cookies recipes (without maida, BS or BP, or refined sugar)🙏🏽

Thanks ചേച്ചി.... ഒരു റിക്വസ്റ്റ് undu. ഇവിടെ ഷോപ്പിൽ baking powder, baking soda ഇവക്കു പകരം യീസ്റ്റ് ചേർത്തു cake ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. സാധാരണ cake പോലെ നല്ല soft, taste aanu ഈ cakinum. ചേച്ചിക്ക് ഈ methed അറിയുമെങ്കിൽ ഒരു വീഡിയോ ഇടാമോ

Orange zest is the colored outside portion of its peel. Don't take the white pith. The pith has bitter taste. Should avoid.
