for the second hack you should have waited for the sugar syrup to cool down about a minute and you should have applied oil on that cookie cutter so that it would not stick to it. Love these series❤ and your kitchen is so beautiful ✨✨

Another great episode of Tested by Shivesh. The mayo cake would be fine if you use 1 or 2 tablespoons worth depending on the size of your cake. I have added mayo to a cake before and it does make it moist. Using too much mayo will change the consistency and alter the flavor. Sometimes less is more appetizing when using it in a recipe.

Hello Shivesh I tried this last hack as well but not in microwave I put the tin can over water in a pot and filled it with water and then kept it in low flame for awhile and it did convert into caramel but I had to continuously stir to check if it's not sticking or burning from the bottom, but it does work!

Milk maid caramelise u can do by putting an unopened jar of milkmaid in pressure cooker and cover it with water, pressure cook for 5 whistles open after it cools.

number 2 acctually works i have used it in the past u just need to use 2 layers of wrap and cool it just enough that it doesnt solidify

Hii! you could have mixed the condensed milk in between the microwave time basically the container can be taken out in middle once or twice in order to maintain the heat. though all the hacks were disappointing thankyou so much for trying it for everyone...

We have tried the watermelon hack and it works. However it is mostly for the aesthetics and the wow factor so this is how my mom did it? 1. Drill th hole a little lower like it is on a cooler and not in the middle. 2. Once you have liquidated all the watermelon, take it all out , strain it and add water to make it more runny. You can also add jam e shiren or sugar if you feel its not sweet enough. Add it back in. Put the lid back on and enjoy.

I have tried the condensed milk one , I put the can of condensed milk in a cooker, with water covering the can and cookes it at low open flame for about 2 hours, my Dulce de leche came out wonderfully

What I learned from this series was never trust Blossom . LITERALLY maximum hacks of them failed . 😂😂😂😂😂😂 But still it feels so good to see them post it on media with such a big confidence level .🤣🤣

Omg ...I literally cracked up when I saw the watermelon hack 🍉 . The melon juice was collected in the bowl beneath rather than pouring from the tap.🤣🤣🤣. Sooper video...keep posting more please 👍🥰

How long do you microwave it for? The hack didn’t mention stirring though but I’m sure it helps

@@BakeWithShivesh That's the thing, I don't use the microwave, I use the regular oven with a water bath just as you did. It takes upwards of 1 hr in the oven and yes I do stir it inbetween so a skin doesn't form and the top doesn't get burnt. But if your microwave has an oven function, then maybe you could try on that starting for 1/2 hr. I would not use the regular microwave function though. I love making it this way because it's much safer than boiling sealed cans of condensed milk for 2 hr straight, which is another way of doing it 😇

Oh sorry I missed your thing about oven! Yes of course! Oven will work because it’s slow heat no? That’s what I mentioned in the video, micro is tooo much heat for a very short span of time

Definitely, I think almost all these hacks are like some of these aunties who only give you 1/2 the recipe, or with some parts deliberately left out 😅 Love, love, love your mug cake recipes btw. For making caramel condensed milk you should keep the can sealed and put it into boiling water for 1 hour

For the sugar dome the compass wala guy has a seperate video, where he shows how he made it. He used like honey like consistency and also used glucose solution while making it and he used it at lower temperature. He also oiled the ring Idk why but I think you can make it. Even the other chef took around 20 attempts to get the first one so 😅

Hey Shivesh...I saw the sugar dome trick actually works in the Netflix series called school of chocolate, episode 7. You can have a look...it's interesting...but you need the exact recipe for that....and practice.

you did the watermelon hack wrong, it was shown in the first video that they cut it in a square shape from top and it was completely empty from Inside while making the hole in it.
