2 medium sized onions
3 large bunches of fresh coriander (cilantro)
One bunch of parsley
Salt, black pepper to taste

I grew up in Tajikistan when it still was a part of Soviet Union. We spoke Russian and Persian (Tajik). I also speak Hebrew and a little English. I lived in Israel, the UK and Germany

what's the point of cooking coriander? It will loose all of its flavor , won't it ?

True. It will also give its flavour to the meat and rice 🙂
