Lockdown Baking
In today’s video we make peanut butter and banana pupcakes complete with potato frosting!
RECIPE -
- 2 ripe bananas
- 100g of dog friendly peanut butter (no xylitol)
- 80g of honey
- 2 eggs
- 225g plain flour
- 2 heaped tsp of baking powder
- 60ml of vegetable oil
- 100ml water
Frosting
- 2 Baking Potatoes
- 100g Natural Yoghurt (unsweetened)
- 2 tbsp of honey for flavour
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180c (fan)
- Line your muffin tin with muffin cases
- Mash banana until smooth
- Add peanut butter, honey, and eggs and whisk until smooth
- Add flour, baking powder, veg oil and water and whisk again.
- Bake for 20-25 mins until golden brown
- Leave to cool
- Peel and chop potatoes
- Bring to the boil and simmer until very soft
- Drain and cool
- Add potatoes to yoghurt, whisk until fully combined and smooth
- Use piping bag to decorate once cool.
- Let your dog enjoy! (Don’t forget your remove the paper!)
