Jannah Ashraf the lavender most likely came from essential oils though and those caused me to breakout last time I used products with them.

two tips: coconut oil for your lashes will give the same effect and encourage growth, and next time you make croissants the time you set it aside is called “proofing” and you should never proof in a freezer, always fridge or room temp👍🤍

So random but heres a tip: when you do any sort of leg raises for your abs, make sure there is no space in your back. Your back should remain flat to get the most burn:)

Since your a beginner to working out, Chloe tings workouts are good because they are geared towards beginners and relatively easy but if they become too easy and don’t challenge you anymore, you should try Pamela reifs workouts. That’s what happened to me and my results are way better and quicker with pamelas
