Ingredients
1 cup - 250 ml
3 smaller chicken breasts or 2 larger ones
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp onion granules
1 tsp paprika
Salt, pepper to taste
For Bang Bang sauce
1/2 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise
1/4 cup (60 ml) sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce ('Sriracha')
Spring onions for garnish
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together garlic granules, onion granules, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Make some diagonal cuts onto the chicken breasts. Rub the spices into the chicken from both sides.
Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer, set aside.
In another bowl, make a 'Bang bang' sauce. Stir together mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce and 'Sriracha'. Reserve a few tbsps of the sauce for serving.
Spread the remaining 'Bang bang' sauce over the chicken breasts.
Air fry the chicken at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through. Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the chicken breasts and the model of your air fryer. Mine (smaller chicken breasts) cooked for 15 minutes in Ninja.
Once the chicken is done, transfer it to a serving plate. Drizzle the 'Bang bang' sauce over the cooked chicken or serve it on the side for dipping.
Garnish with chopped spring onions.

Ingredientai
1 puodelis - 250 ml
3 mažesnės vištienos krūtinėlės arba 2 didesnės
1 šaukštelis česnako granulių
1 šaukštelis svogūno granulių
1 šaukštelis maltos paprikos
Druskos, pipirų pagal skonį
Bang Bang padažui
1/2 puodelio (125 ml) majonezo
1/4 puodelio (60 ml) saldžiarūgščio padažo
1 šaukštas aštraus čili padažo ('Sriracha')
Svogūno laiškų pabarstymui
Gaminimo eiga
Mažame dubenyje sumaišykite prieskonius: česnako, svogūno granules, maltą papriką, druską, pipirus.
Vištienos krūtinėlę įpjaukite įstrižai (kaip tiksliai, galite pažiūrėkite mano video). Iš abiejų pusių įtrinkite prieskoniais.
Vištieną sudėkite į gruzdintuvės stalčių ir kol kas padėkite į šoną.
Kitame dubenėlyje paruoškite 'Bang bang' padažą. Sumaišykite majonezą, saldžiarūgštį ir čili padažus. Kelis šaukštus paruošto padažo pasilikite tiekimui.
Likusį padažą užtepkite ant vištienos krūtinėlių viršaus.
Kepkite su 'Air fry' funkcija 200°C apie 15-20 minučių, arba kol vištiena iškeps. Apversti nereikia. Kepimo laikas priklausys nuo vištienos krūtinėlių dydžio ir jūsų gruzdintuvės modelio. Aš kepiau mažesnes plonesnes krūtinėles 15 minučių su Ninja.
Kai vištiena iškeps, perkelkite į serviravimo lėkštę. Aptepkite likusiu 'Bang bang' padažu, arba padažą tiekite šalia 'pamirkymui'.
Paskaninkite smulkintais svogūno laiškais ir tiekite.
