I was a catholic for 30 years; used to be a sakristan, a choir, did all religious duties, but never learned to have a "personal relationship" with God thru Jesus. My first encounter with Ptr. Ed in January 6, 2002 in his live preaching changed all that. From a "religious" to spiritual person now experiencing the love of God, His embrace, His direction and guidance every step of the way....

Jimmy ,have you heard the saying " Weak Catholics become Protestant ,but strong Protestants become Catholic "? The Catholic Church was established by Jesus Christ himself ,Matthew 16:18 ,since 33 AD . The Church gave us the Bible around the 3rd century . Im sure you are not aware too that the remains of the Apostles except for Judas ,who committed suicide ,are all buried in various Catholic Churches spread all over the globe .Even the Crown of Thorns worn by our Lord Jesus Christ is safeguarded at Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris . All of our Filipino ancestors were Christian Catholic .Walang Born again noon .Mga ancestors natin they died Catholic ,as they have very strong faith . The CC is over 2k yrs old ,while born again christianity is less than century yrs old. In the Protestant world ,the center of worship is the Pastor ,while in the CC is Jesus Christ . Kung si Pastor ED ,magreretire at papalitan ng boring preacher ,palagay mo ba mag i stick mga current congregants nia.they will do church hopping .In the CC ,whether you like the Priest or not ,di ka lilipat ng parish ,dahil nagisimba mga devout Catholics ,not to please themselves ,but to please God . Take it from me ,Catholic ,became JIL member ,balik sa church NIYA. Dito sa USA ,ang mga strong Born Again Christians ang nagkoconvert ssa Catholicism at di basta basta ang mga nagiging Catholic ,libo libong mga anti Catholic Pastor,Bible Scholars,Historians ,Theologians,Intellectuals to name a few ang umanib na sa simbahan NIYA . Last year nga ,there was a contingent from Yale and Harvard universities na nagconvert rin sa CC .Many more are following their footsteps!

Do not be misled. God wants deeper than a "personal relationship" with you, God wants to have "communion" with you! He wants an everlasting covenant with you... and you can truly ever only receive Jesus, and be in communion with His Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity in the Holy Eucharist. No other denomination has his real presence. May the Lord grant you wisdom and bring you back to His one, true, apostolic Church established upon Peter and the apostles -the Catholic church.

Pastor Ed Lapiz is my turning point. God changed me since 2018. Dati akong alcoholic, walang trabaho, depressed at sobrang negative in life. Simula noon nabago yung way of thinking ko at siyempre yung faith ko. Now I am changed, we have a business, working as video editor for foreign clients and taking care of my mentally challenge sibling. Naging responsable ako since then.

I’m a born Catholic pero noong nandito na ako sa Canada ay dumaan sa wall ko sa KZfaq ang preaching ni Pastor Ed Lapiz at since I came here in Canada ay maraming beses ko na rin nabasa ang Bible from Genesis to Revelation at marami din ako memorized na verses sa Bible kaya noong marinig ko ang preaching ni Pastor Ed ay na discern ko kaagad ang mga katotohanan ng mga sinasabi niya na reality in life thru Bible kaya since then ay every day ko nang pina pakinggan ang preaching niya. Pagka gising ko ay yon kaagad ang pinapa pakinggan ko sa KZfaq at mula noon hanggang ngayon ay siya pa rin ang pina pakinggan ko more or less 20 years ago at every January ay pina padala ko thru online Remitance ang kunting abuloy ko sa Day by Day ministry bilang pasa salamat. Thanks God at thanks Pastor Ed, you fulfilled my life thru your preaching coming from Father God thru Jesus Christ.

Mas marami Kang matutunan sa BIBLIA kung makikinig ka kay BRO.ELI SORIANO na lahat Ng sinasabi binabasa sa BIBLIA, subukan mong makinig sa kanya, panoorin mo Ang Ang Dating DAAN or kaniyang Channel mas mabubusog ka sa aral Ng DIYOS! Para may comparison ka! Lalo na Marami na silang member sa Canada, Ngaun Kasi MCGI na Sila , Church of GOD international! Hindi pa ako member pero willing ako magpa member, masarap makinig sa kanya, dahil Tama at Totoo Ang pinapangaral nya ! Sinasabi ko Lang ito dahil Mas marami at mas Tama Ang matutunan mo! BELIEVE me. What I like the most about Pastor Ed is that he always says na walang particular religion ang salvation kundi pano mo tinanggap si Jesus sa puso at gawa. That's the way I interpreted his message. Kaya even I'm a Catholic by religion pero naging follower ako ni Pastor Ed since then. Talagang magaling siya magpreach at minsan may sense of humor pa. God bless Pastor Ed!☺

Hopefully ,you will remain steadfast in your Catholic faith .Remember ,Jesus Christ established the Catholic Church ,since 33 AD ,more than 2k yrs old na . Ang simbahan din ang nagcanonized at nagbigay ng Bible sa mundo ,around the 3rd century .Sa Catholic church the center of worship is Jesus Christ ,pero sa church ni Pastor ED ,sia ang center ng worship ,katulad ni Joel Osteen .Walang mga Born Again noong panahon ni Rizal ,Aguinaldo et al .Mga ninuno natin they were born Catholic and died Catholic. Even sa Holy Land , walang Born Again doon ,puro Catholic and Orthodox churches lang.

I migrated to the US in my early 20s. It's been almost a decade and half now that I have lived here. It has been challenging. Culture shock as they say. Before he became viral I listened to Pastor Ed's preachings and somehow, God used him in my early 20s because his preachings are a practical way of applying the Bible. I think I have a better life now because of the wise choices I made when I was younger learning from Pastor Ed. Thank you so much, Pastor Ed. Alam u kuya Ogie, 10 years na me living here in Australia, naging roller coaster ang life ko here, pero isa si Pastor Ed na ginamit ng DIYOS to direct my life to the right path. I always listen to his podcast if not daily, at least every other day. I’ll tell you, Philippines is so fortunate & blessed to have a pastor like kuya Ed because he could be compared to Solomon na binigyan at pinagpala ng PANGINOON ng great knowledge & wisdom! GenZ here! I've been listening to Pastor Ed Lapiz for as long as I can remember. Yes, batang 702 DZAS ako, I listen along with my family through the radio every 6 or 7PM, but since wala na kaming radio ngayon, we watch and listen sa preaching niya sa SmartTV now. As a kid, I did not understand what he preaches, but as I grew older, mas nakaka relate na ako and I love having to listen to him because he is like the lolo or papa I never had. He gives wise advice and always sees other's perspective, yung di pinapansin ng iba. I am grateful laki ako sa preaching niya and sa salita ng Diyos.

Pastor Ed Lapiz is a really great and inspiring pastor. ANOINTED siya na PASTOR. He has a special ability to teach important spiritual lessons in a way that's easy to understand, yung tagos sa buto, ung tipong bato bato sa langit , pag natamaam ka , eh di bukol .ahehehe.... Ang dami mong matutunan, His messages have a deep meaning and touch the hearts of many people. His passion for sharing God's word has helped a lot of us find comfort and encouragement. Year 2001 I used to go to Folk Arts Theater "Bulwagan ng Panginoon" to attend his teaching. Sobrang nakaka-bless. I love the way he preach. Since, I was in Elementary my Mother always listen to his preaching on radio...Tapos nong tapos na aq sa college nagtatrabaho na biglang pumasok sya sa isip q hinahanap ko ung mga preaching nya dati ni Pastor Ed Lapiz, sabi q pano q kaya mapapakinggan at madinig ang boses nya uli, year 2019 that time (kc dati nong bata p aq nagagandahan aq sa boses nya) then naiisip q uso na ngaun ang youtube online internet try q search so ayon mayron andon xa simula non 2019 up to now halos everyday adik na aq sa pakikinig sa kanya naging habit q n... Best interview! I love Pastor Ed! Napaka-wise nya. Pinagkalooban xa ng wisdom ni God. And because of him listening way back 2015, I fine direction to my life, what I wanted to do. And especially understand world and the Bible at the same time. Kasi magaling xang magturo at magpreach. Sana ganito lahat ng pastors, hindi kailangan sumisgaw during sermon.

Almost 28 years na po ako nakikinig kay Pastor Ed Lapiz, wala pa social media nakikinig na kami sa kanya sa radio 702 DZAS pag 6pm na. Umaattend kami pag Pistang Kristyano sa Folk Arts. Sobrang husay parin mag message. Napaka praktikal at masasalamin mo ung sarili mo sa mga sinasabi niya. Sobrang nakaka blessed. Tong interview pa lang na to feeling ko kumain na ako ng complete meal for 1 week. Busog na busog sa message mula sa Lord. Praise God po sa buhay ni Pastor Ed. "Realistic" and "worldly" teaching is NOT God's teaching. Careful who you listen to. There is only one divine teacher- Jesus Christ and He has a Church established upon Peter and the apostles to safeguard God's divine truths.

My mom would always ask me to turn the radio on to listen to your program Day by Day as she do household chores. You don't know but your preaching inspires me to take a stand and change our life. Si Pastor Ed ang nagmulat at gumising sakin mula sa depression at pagiging alcoholic, sugalero at pabaya sa pamilya pati sa trabaho. My favorite pastor ❤ Ang dami kong realization sa buhay at learnings sa pakikinig sakanya. Since nawala si mama ko at the age of 9 nawalan ng halaga ang buhay ko ,to the point na gusto ko nlng mamatay sa sobrang hirap ng buhay tapos papa ko pa pabaya 😢Nawalan ng direction ang buhay ko noon ,tapos lumayas ako sa bahay naging katulong ako para buhayin sarili ,And I'm blessed na yung napuntahan kong family nagchuchurch dun sa Day by Day kung saan si Pastor Ed ang preacher. Ang dami kong galit sa mundo dati ,pero nun lagi nko nagsisimba dun maraming nabago sa buhay ko. Ngayon masasabi ko na napakalayo na ng buhay ko sa dati, Mas masaya,mas meaningful at mas may purpose ❤ And Pastor Ed is one of the reason of those beautiful changes. Praise God for his life 🙏

devout catholic ako and go to mass and rosary daily.i am open minded. first time I heard about Pastor Ed. i am so impressed at napaiyak ako. i had to watch his other videos, i have been on a spiritual journey caused by difficult events since i immigrated to another country 30+ yrs. his advice is really how to apply the teachings of the bible in a truly practical and relevant way. hindi yung theoretical at unrelatable. you are a blessing and thank you, Pastor Ed and thanks mama ogs for featuring him❤
