Bakugo is basically a tsundere. So he should be called, "Bakago"

Honestly just a tip, I think even previously, it was immediately noted that Bakugo wasn't just fucking around. He was genuinely rushing into battle and either had a plan beforehand or was extremely capable of adapting to the situation. So when you said he was learning a lot from All Might, he already had those qualities. Lastly, I do think a lot of what you said is true. He never acts like it, but he does work a lot. He really is like Deku, but just angrier. Even when he is in the middle of danger, he knows what to do because he already thought of a way out, just never said anything about it. It is kinda even shown that in the more recent episodes (after this video was made but there are still more examples before that), that when someone tells him what to do, he's just like "I know I already planned that, stop slowing me down".

I would love to see how *One For All* would effect Bakugo Besides the fact that he's my favorite character, I'd love to see how *One For All* affects wielders who've already had (and in Bakugo's case, mastered their) quirk. Does it amplify their Quirk? If so, does it to a point that they'd need to relearn how to control its new strength, similar to how Deku needed to come to understand his new physical strength throughout the series?

I think mirio being the original in mind is irelevant only for the fact that all might gave it to a quirkless who inspired him in one day. Considering all might was a teacher to check out U.A. for choices he would still encounter all of them to make a choice if midoriya was not there. Only bakugou would meet him at school and not at the sludge incident with the villain. Or it be todoroki.

I always thought this was the case with Bakugo. He seems to be the living embodiment of intensity and becoming stronger, which is a hero aspect. It seems like Deku is the living embodiment of caring for others and having a pure heart, which is a hero aspect. The two don't really combine well at first because its hard to be kind when you're so intense and hard to be intense when you're trying to be kind, but it's what All Might has mastered. He's intense as hell yet he has one of the kindest hearts in the series. And if you notice, Deku learns from Bakugo a lot and got a lot of his intensity from him. Looks like Bakugo has a lot to learn from Deku if he wants to be the #1 hero, because nobody wants autographs or total reassurance from some guy that's screaming his head off at everything

I love this analysis. Bakugo is so much more than he appears to be at face value, and he really holds a lot of potential in himself, as a person, a character, and a hero. I hope to see more great analysis on things relating to Hero Academia in the future!

Bakugo's drive is what has put him on the path to being a successful and possibly a great hero like Endeavor or even All might, but what if something were to break him down and steal his drive away? When strength, both physically and mentally, has removed from a man, it leaves a hole in their spirit that will often drive him to evil. He has all the characteristics of what most would classify a villain to have, and its only thanks to his good upbringing and a good goal that has kept him on the straight and narrow, despite his bullying, but everyone in UA should fear him if he were ever to fall to the side and become a villain.

I think bakugo is like a minor endeavor. He can't be the one to inherit one for all because he doesn't that heroic aura like midori did when he saved Bakugo. He just wants to be the #1 at everything good.

Love your vids, man, but I feel as if I gotta voice my opinion (because this is the Internet and I feel like my opinions mean something XD ). Mirio aside, Bakugo still would not have been given One for All (had All Might evaluated his personality of course). While Bakugo may fight for others and puts himself in the line of fire, he does this solely to fuel his ego. Unlike All Might, Bakugo was egotistical from the get-go, and having such a Quirk like One for All would most definitely go to his head real fast. While Bakugo fulfils the expectations of "Plus Ultra", the way he comes at this is flawed. During his first fight with a powerless Deku at the start of the series, he recklessly used his gauntlet blast to blow a hole in the side of the building, knowing full-well that it could very well kill Deku had he not used One for All. These extreme lengths Bakugo will go to to prove that he's the best and be in the spotlight directly conflicts with the very name of "One for All". He protects others and defeats villains for the admiration and praise of others. And while Deku might be doubtful and inexperienced, he has proven himself to be a selfless individual, because that is a requirement. Had it been Bakugo with One for All, he might have very well been a danger to others, being that he'd go to extreme lengths to win in almost every situation. Wielding One for All doesn't make everything revolve around you, it's quite the opposite, and this is why Bakugo cannot wield the Quirk. Had it not been Deku or Mirio, it would have been someone else (in my eyes anyways).

I still wanna know if One for All mixes with other quirks or overwrites them, because the only users we've seen with it had no quirk beforehand. Also, does it collect past users quirks, or just the "energy" of them? So can a One for All user access previous users' quirks (kinda like the Avatar talking to predecessors)? Maybe some of this will be answered down the line, but I can't help wonder what it would be like if Mirio or Bakugo were given One for All

Also i'm sorry, but he doesn't really have the "hero" attitude. Deku goes into danger to save people. He does it to win. He doesn't care about anyone but himself. He only cares about winning. And about "gong beyond" Deku went fucking 1000000% one for all against the muscular guy to save touda, and even tho it's not literally that much, he surely went above his limit. All might had miro in mind, before meeting Deku.

Bakugou is the walking embodiment of plus ultra and a worthy inheritor but I doubt that Bakugou would accept a hand me power no matter how easy it makes the journey to the top or if it means being picked by All Might. He would view it as a sign of weakness. It's against his ideas. bakugou wants to be no 1 by his own merit and from his own power.

Let's start with your comparisons. Does All Might really have a massive ego? No, his confidence and can-do-all attitude are just a facade, but even so, he is extremely cheerful and amicable, which Bakugo will never be. Unlike Bakugo, All Might actually rarely made brash decisions. He exerted himself beyond his limit to fight Noumu and All For One because he knew he was the only one who remotely stood a chance against such dangerous villains. I agree with you about All Might and Bakugo both striving to be someone they admire, but while All Might selflessly upholds justice and peace (a characteristic that he also found in Deku), Bakugo only cares about his selfish desire to win, which is the very reason why he willingly throws himself at his enemies (he was delusional enough to think he alone could beat All Might, for goodness' sake). Moreover, Bakugo's concept of hero is fundamentally different from All Might's. While All Might values heroism and selflessness, Bakugo values victory. As for the elites suitable to inherit One For All, there's Mirio Togata, who is vastly stronger (in terms of quirk and physique), wiser, more experienced and more heroic than Bakugo will ever be. Finally, anger may be able to drive people, but it'll drive them anywhere but heroism, for it cannot comprehend the spirit of self-sacrifice. Long story short, Bakugo is far from any plus ultra whatsoever, and he will never be the perfect candidate for One For All, not by a long shot. He lacks the kindness and heroism that All Might and Stain both saw in Deku, and I'm pretty sure Stain wouldn't hesitate for a second to kill him if they were ever to fight.

I feel like, before that fight with Midoriya, Bakugo was more on the path of becoming a vicious anti-hero like Stain (except, without the “killing other heroes” thing). Both live up to the ideal hero image set by All-Might and I get the impression Bakugo is gonna be extremely aggressive and dangerous when it comes to fighting villains.
