The Company marched down the High Street in Dunfermline to the Pavilion in Pittencrief Park today 21/06/2023.

@ Zulu Warrior ,Really enjoyed the Balaclava ,5 Scots. I / WE used to always see them in Canterbury --- the Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders . Before they were reduced from Four company's to one hundred men ,Glad that most of the Soldiers went to the other Scottish regiments !! --- Yes ,thanks AGAIN for this Excellent Filming.

The Maskot Pony is Brilliant , stays there with nothing to move , with an Face like oh God let the End comes 😂😅, and she/he has a lot Dekorations , but thx for your Service Fellows , you do an great out there in the World .

The pipe band was that of 4 SCOTS (The Highlanders) wearing the Cameron of Erracht tartan. Balaclava Company is what was the Argyle & Sutherland Highlanders. Fine Highland Regiments, sadly reorganised by the powers in Whitehall. CFGB, those who know, know. It’s in the final pipe tune.

Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders. "Argyle" is a pattern normally reserved for socks and pullovers. :Caber Faidh" was the march of the Seaforth Highlanders, earlier combined with others into the Highlanders, now 4 SCOTS.

@@greenmachine478 My apologies for misspelling “Argyll”. Likewise your spelling of Cabar Feidh. We marched off parade to the tune. I joined a couple of months after the amalgamation in 61.

With musicians on parade, it seems to me the lads at the rear generally miss out. Not this time though. To experience the swagger is truly something and they really had it. I think I am correct in saying they were Black Watch? Not sure about the band and pipers. No doubt somebody will quickly advise.

Hat wahrscheinlich Ohrenschutz drinne. Ist aber auch nicht dermassen laut, er ist hinter den Trommeln und hört deshalb wahrscheinlich nur die Trommeln.
