It's bugged. It didn't get a buff, the dmg is still the same. Its projectiles just don't explode on impact anymore and hit like 20 times. So it's like a better cash gun.

It should have had a buff. Charge shot weapons should be a one-shot most of the time. This weapon can't even one shot ultimate defense armor.

@@ColijgamingEh, I think it was just fine the way it was. Near one shot for people with 200 health, a two shot with the charge anyway, but can be a one shot with proper level mods.

To be honest, maximum cruelty is like dark mage wand but mythical and charge so they nerf it for slightly forcing player to use dark mage wand in mass scale ( maybe )
