Do you want to understand yourself on a deeper level, feel a connection to the cosmos, and attain spiritual enlightenment? If so, this meditation is for you! Sahasrara Meditation is a practice that brings harmony and well-being.
What is the Crown Chakra Sahasrara?
Sahasrara is the uppermost chakra in the human energy system. It is located at the top of the head and is associated with the color violet or white. Sahasrara symbolizes our unity with the cosmos, spirituality, and the highest level of consciousness. When this chakra is in harmony, it can bring us deep inner peace and wisdom.
When the seventh chakra is blocked, a person cannot feel completely happy. They may feel suppressed, irritable, and emotionally unbalanced. Often, such individuals believe in God but never feel gratitude for what they have; instead, they complain, ask, and wonder why. They perceive any negative situation as the ultimate injustice, cannot extract the benefit from important life lessons, and do not trust themselves, others, or the Universe. Typically, many people feel drained after interacting with someone whose Brahma chakra is blocked. On a physical level, a person with a blocked seventh chakra often has various health problems, and chronic illnesses prevent them from enjoying life.
Symptoms of a Blocked Sahasrara:
* Irritability, emotional instability
* Lack of energy
* Weak immune system
* Brain disorders (tumors, strokes)
What can be done to unblock Sahasrara?
- Avoid lymph stagnation
- Include more plant-based foods in your diet
- Wear bright clothing in shades of lilac, silver, and white
- Contemplate the beauty of the world and enjoy nature more often
- Listen to good instrumental live music
- Use aromatherapy
- Practice yoga and meditation
How to Prepare for Sahasrara Meditation:
1. Choose a quiet and comfortable place.
2. Sit in a comfortable posture, with your spine straight.
3. Focus on your breath. Deep and slow breaths will help you relax.
4. Close your eyes and visualize a stream of light gradually descending from above. This is the light of spiritual enlightenment that fills your Crown Chakra.
5. Affirmations - maintain positive affirmations such as "I am open to spiritual knowledge" or "I am connected to the cosmos." Repeat them gently and confidently.
6. Focus on the top of your head, where the Crown Chakra is located. Try to feel its energetic presence.
7. Contemplate your connection to cosmic energy. Imagine yourself merging with the infinite space.
8. The awakening process is also important, so open your eyes gradually and without haste.
