Thanks Greg! That topflite balancer has been a good friend for more years than I can remember. From tiny boat props on up😎

any hobby shop that carries RC aircraft will have these. They are a prop ballencer.

Try solid copper wire from 12-2 romex electrical wire. Super glue the striped copper wire to the inside similar to where you put your putty. I use about 1/8" pieces at a time. And it does t fall out. I do that for touring to drag and all in between. Excellent video.

We don't balance slicks on real drag cars. Weights won't stay on and to dangerous . I run 8.20s with un balanced rear tires Butt after this video I just ordered those rim's and the outlaw drag tires 👍

Use stick on weights and thin tape I use a aluminum type tape for this never come off that way.... just make sure tape sticks good never had a problem
@theclan4adventures2 жыл бұрын
Pretty sure your not pulling 400-800mph in the quarter in your 8.20 car. Even still you should get them balanced with tape and you’ll notice it. Every tiny vibration matters 1:1 cars and even on rc cars.

bikes will run 200 with stick on weights.

Would balancing on the car be better? Tire could be stright but not stright with car?

Do you tape your foams to control ballooning

You can get a tire balancer from amain.com
@TroyBest2 жыл бұрын
You need to balance your balancer. The rod in the middle should float hardly touching the magnets if it touches then at all. Should almost look like a magic act floating in there. Hope that makes sense
