I love this video! I speak with Adam at times and he’s great. He’s so cool and down to earth! I had an issue with my lead shaver and he said don’t sweat it, and sent me a brand new leaf no questions asked! I just showed him the leaf with the issues and the damage it did to my scalp (scraped some skin and caused decent bleeding.) and he sent me the new one. My hair’s been thinning for a long time, but it wasn’t until recently that it finally tipped over the point of no return. It wasn’t long into researching head shaving that I found your videos and they’ve helped give me the confidence I’ll need once I shave it all off! I’m holding off for now only because I previously bought some expensive shampoo and conditioner and don’t want it going to waste, but once it’s run out I’m freeing my scalp and embracing the bald life!

I have a pretty big bunch of safety DE razors at home to shave my face. A whole army of razor blades too. I wanted to shave my head but also wanted to avoid the not so easy learning curve to use traditional safety razor on my head. The logic step for shaving my head was the Leaf.

I recently purchased the Leaf Shave and I love it for head shaving - the only downside is that the edges where the blades sit are quite sharp and catch your ears.

Looking forward to the version 2. The handle could use more grip/knurling. It would also be awesome to see one geared just towards the head. I dig the Leaf over my DE razor on my head but it could use the few aforementioned improvements.

Harry mate i think the horse shoe stubble really suits ya , it adds more character and shape to your face .

I got the leaf last week and didn't think much to it until I changed the blades. The ones supplied were not great but after I swapped them for the king c gillette blades wow different razor!!! I can shave almost as close as a de razor but with a lot lower risk of cutting myself 👌🏻 in fact I've done three full head haves so far without a single cut and minimal razor burn... Even applying pressure on the back of my head to cut the hair in difficult places and not cuts!! I can't recommend this razor enough 👍🏻

I used to use a cartridge razor for my head shave until I switched to Leaf a couple of years ago. There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning as it is weightier and doesn't behave quite like a cartridge razor but once you get the knack it's brilliant.

My first time shaving my head with the Leaf 🍃 was awesome. Love the pivoting blades. I was skeptical at first but I must say the 🍃 is a real game changer.

I bought both but I have to say I'm more drawn to the twig for shaving my face. Maybe I just need to practice more with getting under my nose but with the twig I find I get a great shave everytime, with no missed spots. But I have to say also that Adam with leaf is top notch! He answers your questions fast and takes care of any issues very promptly. Very happy with my purchases.

Just bought Leaf Razors from Online Shopping, can't wait to use it on my head since I have been shaving my head for years using Gillette Mach 5. Now I can put my mind in ease as no worries of replacing cartridges. Hope the Leaf will stay true on their "Mechanical Shave Razor" on their next generation product".

I prefer to fade the sideburns below or at level with the earhole. Gives facial hair a more polished look. All it takes is a few seconds with the clippers on each side. Easy.

Great razor! I use 3 blades on my body & face...but only use the first 2 blades on my head.( The most aggressive 3rd blade cuts up my head badly. )

Beautiful video. I use Always headblade moto S4 or standard with headslick, 2-3 times a week.very smooth,no cut ,irritation. i prefer hb4 refill. Leaf Is beautiful razot,i never try yet.

At the d 99cent store you can but 10 Personna razors for $1. These have 2 blades and pivot. To justify or better put, to come even in your expense using a Leaf razor, it will take at least 20 YEARS...... so it is NOT cheaper. If you don't want to pollute the environment....recycle the handles,. Leaf is a nice gadget, it shaves well , but don't compare the most expensive carts to it. BTW carts for some reason last longer if you rinse the very well and blow dry them w hair dryer......

I'm not a fan of the Leaf razor. The leaf razor is large, bulky, and it will cut you badly. However, their Leaf Twig razor is one of the best razors on the market. The leaf twig is absolutely incredible for head and face shaves. Another great razor for those that want to head shave or transition from cartridge razors is the Henson AL13. It's nearly impossible to cut yourself with the Henson AL13, it doesn't clog, and it won't give you razor burn even if you are a daily shaver like me.

This seems great tbh! I'm using Omniblade and its AWESOME... But, downside its (ofc nothing ain't cheap) replacing blades costs huge amount of money....

The shipping costs to the UK makes the razor go from worth it to unaffordable, in my opinion...

Badass Look.

I bought a Thorn for my face and Leaf for my head. Coming from using disposible razors, I never liked the pivot heads. And I have been using electric for my head. I'm happy with the Thorn, but the Leaf is not working for me. I remember why I didn't like pivot razors.. I've cut my head several times in the two times I've used the Leaf razors. I've never liked pivot heads and this one is too big for my head and face. I'll probably try the Thorn on my head when it heals.

maybe you could make The Twig with a pivoting head and The Leaf maybe a smaller head its a slightly bit too big imo

can anyone confirm that the leaf shave complimentary razor blades actually suck and hurt when shaving my head?

Why would anyone have an issue with a thin sharp blade? 5 thin blades take less metal esources than one full size safety blade. And considering the Leaf is incapable of shaving under my nose quickly and safely....Oh, thats right. Thats why then sell you the Twig! Leaf sticks you for $85 for the handle because the blades are not proprietary. Theres no reason the Leaf handle isnt selling for a more reasonable $45.

The thing is with bald men on average they tend to all have the same beard style to compensate for being bald making them all look like cardboard cut outs, which is not a problem when you have a full head of hair because you can have a numerous variety of different styles to rock. I feel bald men need to be less boring and be more inventive with their facial hair.

No matter how carefull i shave i keep cutting myself with the leaf razor either with 2 or 3 blades. With my "normal" blades i can shave like a wildman without a single cut; for 100 euro's a complete waste.

The best you can do if you are going bald is to take care of your hair. Side effects of finasteride are very rare. If you go bald you will never look as good and as young as how you look with hair.
