There's one othe emotional tone I can think of. His voice has a decidedly optimistic/hopeful/comforting tone exactly two other times in the game: In his speech if you're a Durge when he resurrects you after defying Bhaal, and to Arabella when he's consoling her about her parents and showing the future she's destined for. It's the counterpart to his annoyance here.

@DCdabest seneschal in this context means a logistician. Someone who tracks numbers and makes sure things go where they are supposed to. The only thing he ever "served" was the cosmic order. Kelemvor is like his weaker step son, and weaker by so many magnitudes its hard to even explain.

Just so you all know, withers sat in your camp and resurrecting you, knowing full well he could’ve obliterated the nether brain from existence with a thought. Ao would probably destroy him if he intervened too much, but jergal is infamously petty (he quit being the god of death because he was fed up of it and would just makes notes on who died than do actual god duties) so decided to help anyway in the only way he knew would not piss off Ao.

He's actually not helping willingly. In addition to saying so early on, datamined notes say that Jergal/Withers was interred in that temple by Helm to atone for his crime of raising the Dead Three and was then bound by Helm's judgment and his divine oath to help in the fight against their Absolute plot.

AO brought back all the deities post second sundering, Jergal at this point is Kelemvor's scribe, so it makes little sense for Helm to punish him. Also really weird how Bane wanted to have more power, he chose to be quasi deity so that he could directly meddle and he was back anyway. The only god out of the three who wasn't already back was Myrkul.

Given who Withers actually likely is, and the shape/form of the spell used, he likely used the 9th level spell Gate on Tav to send them to Pandemonium. It's where the gods banish shit they never want escaping. Then again, its entirely possible he just wisks Tav off to some random ass place on Toril in the hopes that they can never find their way back to the party, idk.

I’ve destroyed emerald grove, picked up minthara, killed the goblins and the nightsong, killed literally everyone in jahiras camp including jahira herself, and then after all that I sat under the stars with gale while romancing shar shadowheart as a lolth sworn drow bhaal spawn :3. It’s so funny and fun 😂.

From what I understand, this epilogue only triggers if you choose to defeat the Netherbrain. I haven’t seen anything trigger for any of the other endings. Maybe a unique cutscene will trigger if you defeat the Netherbrain and have no companions? There is a new cutscene for DU if you choose to take the forever nap.

He is.. a position he left voluntarily. He's Jergal. And no.. he didn't lose any of his powers. He simply choses not to use them. There are a few exceptions... like undoing a death from Baal, "dismissing" the god Gale. and so on. It's funny though that he kind of reminds me of Death in the Discworld series.
