One thing of note - if you take Karlach with you into the House of Hope, she notes that her demon engine heart isnt burning up while there, which indicates that the House of Hope is in the hells.

One thing to note, data mining has shown that he is willing to make a deal with Karlach, but says that he is risking Zariel's wrath in doing so (since Zariel believes Karlach belongs to her). The real question is why Raphael has decided to defy an Archdevil. Either he is working for a rival Archdevil with an interest in the tadpole, or he may have a third party ally that gives him enough cover to defy the master of Avernus.

Don't forget that Wyll's patron is a cambion, Mizora, and her kidnapping is a critical point of Wyll's origin/companion quest.

@@McAllik about Nine Hells, warlocks and cambions specifically there is a series of books Brimstone Angels. It's about, well, adventures and misadventures of two descdendants of a warlock that made pact with Asmodeus and gave all tieflings that Blood of Asmodeus appearance. One of central chars is Lorcan, cambion, patron of warlock, son of another warlock and erinyes. Events are ~ around time of Second Sundering.

They could definitely make cambion playable in BG 3. Theres already a mod that makes it possible. And it would be interesting to see how people react to u and how u react to them. For instance the first encounter with Karlach, if u are playing a good Cambion, ud have to convince her u are good before recruiting her. But it can also make Dark urge or evil playthroughs easy as well. They should totally make it a thing. Like the line where Karlach mentions she was too aftaid to get close to anyone in the hells and mentions cambions, she could say something like " No offence to you, of course". It could make for some imteresting dialog, even among ur allies.

Cambions could be half demon not just devil as Acererak was a campion before becoming a lich and his father was a demon so any fiend offspring would be classed a cambion
