Bali pass is a crossover from Har ki dun valley in Sankri range towards the Yamunotri region in Uttarakhand. Bali pass is one of India’s most challenging treks situated at almost 5000 metres above sea level. Best time to do Bali pass trek is in May-June and September-October. Bali pass is covered with snow for more than half of the year. Bali pass trek starts from Sankri village and ends in Yamunotri.

I did Bali pass in 1991 with guide and porters in September. Crossing the pass was a tough task and we couldn't have done it without ice axe ,ropes and a skilled leader.But in pre monsoon it may be easier. Still ,I have not heard of anyone who has done Bali pass solo! You are a superman !

I will try to do Panpatia solo on the last week of may. Bali is short and low compared other treks like Audens, Panpatia, Borasu and especially Kalindi Khal

Bhai Sankri mee Jio chalta hee kya. Koi refrence hoo to dena in Sankri for stay and trek to Harkee dun.

Bhaiya, mujhe kuch jaroori questions puchne hai. Kindly bata do : Meine 14 july ko plan krlia bali pass, aap mausam ki information dedo. permit konsi jagah hai? Charges kitne hote hai per person? Aur forest department waale jaate hi de deinge kya permit?
