I bought Lemforder Ball Joint with owl on it. Some say that owl means genuine Lemforder. Part number is 3189201

Mechanic 23 years here if it came out that way it goes back that way I did not study as a mechanical engineer but I found some times when you think you’re right and you put the parts in the way you think is correct it doesn’t always work out in your favor good video I just wish you put the bolts in the proper way thank you for your time

its on purpose that to remove the brake disk in case the nuts get lose so youre save not to lose this crucial part when driving

I think it's not too safe to put in the bolts otherwise: In case the nuts are lost, nothing will keep the bolts in place. Ball joints last long, it's not wise to save on that.

Yes, this statement makes sense, but I've never heard about loosing nuts cases. also you can loose wheel mounting nuts. Besides, you can use special blue glue to make sure everything is properly tightened.

@@russiaauto.travelvlog1302 Nothing wrong at all with putting the bolts in that wy. But I would have pulled the rotor regardless :) I learned long ago that sometimes you gotta follow the book lol! Thanks for the video!

remove sway bar link, you are fighting it.Caliper and caliper bracket, very easy to remove all at once.Bolts looked very close to disk.Just my advice

exactly why they go the other way so they don't hit disk

Yeah its so much easier to access control arm when the caliper and rotor is off.

Cool idea, but not the proper way of replacing a "ball joint finger" !
