Thanks for all your videos Tirion! I used to learn Ballet and loved it but my parents want me to focus on my study so I quit. Recently I'm having some chronic health issue that is really torturing me both physically and mentally, but watching your videos really calm me down from anxiety and pain, and allow me to remember the beauty of ballet and the beauty of life. I hope I can pick up ballet again as a hobby if I can recover from this terrible disease. You are awesome! Thanks again!

Everything old is new again! We used to cut up tights to wear as tops back in the early 1980’s! 🤣🤣🤣 Our leotards were just nylon and would start to get baggy and loose since they didn’t have Lycra. The tights up top would help keep you from totally exposing yourself if your Leo slipped. Of course it didn’t help that we’d cut the back of our cami Leo’s down to our waist and use safety pins to shape them. Tres punk.

My dear, you are a beautiful, wonderful, very nice and exceptionally talented lady. I share this with you from my experiences of having run 25 marathons, and spending more than two decades on medical research for my upcoming book on reversing heart disease. Please, take in some more protein, good fats, and good carbs. Your body may be depleted, and you may not have awareness of this. Also adding a little muscle which the protein will help, can insulate your joints. I would encourage you to eat healthy, which includes fueling your body properly. To me, when I first saw you on this video, my innate reaction was what a beautiful, wonderful young lady who is truly a great and expressive dancer. But immediately my concerns were that despite amazing cardio, your body may be weakened. Protein will help. Don't be afraid to put on a few pounds, maybe 5 or more, as with more lean muscle mass, you will not look heavy. I promise!
