This sensationalism started a while back. I knew the channel was headed in the wrong direction when they hired the disgraced former judge from the Parkland shooter trial. Anything for viewers.

@@tess1089 I saw a special on it and she was never hit. He threw things but not at her. He yelled bc he wanted to see his child. He continued to support her even when she went to her mother’s house.

This broad has the poor dead fathers 6 yo daughter out in front of the courthouse with a sign saying something like “dont put my mommy in jail” or something !! Shameful. My intuition tells me she killed him bc he wanted to be an active dad .. like wendy adelson did.

I agree, very very similar to Wendy Adelson. Oddly I watched some WA experts I used to follow, they get this Ashley Benefield case completely opposite

There was a hearing already several months back that ruled this was not a self defense/stand your ground case. IIRC I want to say that that hearing was around 12-16 months ago. It was in the news. I read a couple articles back then and IIRC one of them stated he had GSW entries on his back.

The summary of this hearing reads: "Ashley Benefield made bail and has been living with family and her daughter since the crime". Shouldn't that more properly read as "alleged crime"?!
