Its not reallt allowed, we call this warmup practice, meaning that they probably just started class and are going to change later on, in my company we can wear whatever for like the first 45 minutes since that 45 minutes is usually just warmup but after that we have to change

@@user-zy8xu8no3u This is most definitely Russian ballet - the best in the world. It may have originated in France and Italy, but Russian/Vaganova training produces the best dancers in the world without any doubt.

I'm a little surprised that they get to wear whatever shape leotard they want. . . most professional schools have one leotard that everyone has to wear, but to be honest, I like it more!

Толстоваты и ноги короткие для балетных. С такими разве берут в эту профессию. При отборе в академии, говорят, строго с этим.

Вагановская академия другая. Она не лучше и не хуже, у них другой подход.

@@vufcyfxcyyfccfugvi7466 The approaches are different, but in the end the Vaganova Academy produces better dancers, albeit that the male dancers at the Bolshoi Academy, whom I am assuming mostly went to the Bolshoi Academy, are very impressive. It is interesting that four of the principal ballerinas are from the Vaganova Academy, two of the top leading soloist ballerinas are also from the Vaganova Academy and one extremely impressive soloist ballerina, who can be trusted with very difficult parts, is also from the Vaganova Academy. Bottom line: Mariinsky, Bolshoi and Mikhailovsky companies are, in my view, the best companies in the world, with the Dutch Ballet not far behind.

Если честно То я думала что будет лучше. Некоторые девочки стоят в завалах. Когда стоят по четвертой на задней ноге завал из-за чего уходит колено не туда. Иногда видно что не дотягивают ноги. В гран-плие многие очень сильно наклоняются вперед. Спины 50/50. Обидеть никого не хотела Чисто мое мнение. Без хейта

Так это же выездной урок. Анализ ошибок и поправление. Тут и видно, кто, где, чего не дорабатывает. Это же не показное выступление своих учеников.

What a terrible thing to say.would you like your hopes and dreams to be smashed because of a little bedy weight.which if they were overweight (which they are not)would be sorted by the excersise. I believe the vagonava ballet school is terrible for doing that.the students are like stick insects and not attractive . That sort of comment from you and from teachers could make a student react badly to sticking to a healthy diet and could cause anorexia.

@@observer1111 sorry im not realy understanding what your saying to me..i am assuming you are a dancer so yes of corse you have to trzin hard and i do u derstand that teachers requir the best.are you perhaps thinking i am traing to dance or that i am a teacher then you have it wrong.i am just a 75 year old English lady who adores Ballet and watches every thing to do with it.i was only saying that what was said was unkind verging o the cruel and sarcastic.im sure that these slightly larger girls know they are not going to ever acheive the standerd which is required to perform proffesionly but i believe if someone wants to do something they enjoy it should be encouraged whatever the outcome.we all wish for the unobtainable.kindness and a respect for peoples feelings are obtainable .

But not for an educational institution that produces the best of the best! You have probably heard about the reputation of the Vaganova Academy as a world-class academy? If you do not agree with this assessment, then your words are true! But if you agree, why did you write this? When a boy who came to serve in the army is turned into a male soldier, the officers take care of his health! But if this is a special-purpose unit, then the weaklings are simply kicked out! We're talking about a dance school "special purpose" What are your arguments about humanity worth?☝ When you come to Covent Garden for a ballet performance, you will see a well-chosen cast of ballerinas and dancers in the theater troupe! @@observer1111 oh for goodness sake .look i am not saying that the dancers in these compotitions should be given the chance to dance with the vagonava or any other top class Ballet school i am not stupid as you are obviously trying to make me out to be. The fact is they are having a go at doing what they enjoy.and it should be encouraged .some might make it to a better school some might not.but who are we to deny them to want to enter a compotition.i love watching the vagonave i subscribe to it i know how hard these young people work and what is expected of them.please don't try to talk down to me i may be older but i have a voice .your not grasping what im saying .i was talking about the person who made a unnesesary coment about the girls in the compotition being overweight.which i thought was a cruel thing to say.your talking as if im expecting the dance companirs to favout the more well built dancer as apposed to a thin one.its about having respect for other peoples feelings.there is no need for anyone to be rude to others about how they look.goodness me what a mountian your making of it.reply if you wish but i shall not reply back next time.i could not care less what shape people are from all walks of life but everyone deserves respect and you dont seem to get what im saying.im on about manners to others and being nice.and that comment was not nice.i wish you well my dear in whatever you are doing.and take care.

А вы в курсе о том что недавно (около 5 лет тому назад) там покончила с собой студентка аккурат на День учителя в подарок для своего педагода из за того что было психологическое давление со стороны педагога из за веса?! 😈 И! Не всем быть примами!

C’est comme ça que l’on acquière de très bonnes bases, le contrôle, la maîtrise du mouvement, les ports de bras..... c’est les principes du ballet russe

Pour moi le ballet russe n'a rien de lent ni d'ennuyeux, je suis captivée par le moindre détail... peut-être parce que je l'ai moi-même étudié, pratiqué et, surtout, *vécu* auprès d'une prof russe extraordinaire (Victoria, si vous me lisez !) -- parfois j'avais les larmes aux yeux tellement j'étais émue, transportée jusqu'à sentir (?) l'âme slave... 😍

Je n’ai que 16 ans mais j’étudie en Russie, j’ai étudié une année à l’école du Bolshoi et puis maintenant j’étudie à l’école de ballet de perm (en Russie) je ne sais pas si vous connaissez mais c’est très prestigieux et j’ai d’excellents prof qui enseigne le ballet russe académique et pour moi il n’y a rien de mieux et pour revenir sur le fait que ce soit lent, c’est tellement captivant que ça passe très vite et ce n’est jamais ennuyant !!!! Toujours dans l’apprentissage !

Формируються у девушек не правильные пропорции и за не правильных нагрузок ! правильных форм рук нет , видимо педагок на это не обращает внимание !! Нет ни какой артистичности в исполнений движений , даже когда меняеться музыка !очень печальное зрелище .

Первой, второй, четвёртой и пятой надо худеть. Корпус ниже пояса очень некрасивый, на попе и бёдрах лишний вес, это видно очень. Фигуры гимнасток, а не балерин. И это класс директора школы?! А что тогда у других. Здесь только девушка в центре по природе своей балерина.

Вы понимаете, что это подростки у которых идет гормональная перестройка? Им нельзя худеть, у них большая часть "лишнего веса" это вода, которая уйдёт как закончится переходный возраст

Скорее всего это иностранные "бодипозитивки" приехали за русским опытом и "корочкой" данного училища. Это класс не для нашего балета, а ДЛЯ ДЕНЕГ! Понимать надо!
