Attacking MF? He was all-around motherfuking monster, deadly in both directions. He was literally the 12th man in the squad, a mythical creature with four lungs and dragon wings in flames. He was absolutely everywhere on the pitch! Possible the most underrated God of football.

Nedved is a left midfielder his job was create games.. Running up and down the field to defend and also attack.. He could play as a left back left wing central mid and also an attacking midfield.... Stats cant define the contributions of a player so easily especially in the position nedved played in... His contribution led juventus to glory in the tuffest league at the time

@@theslash9210 Henry played as a striker, Left winger, Left Midfielder and sometimes even a central attacking midfielder who just happened to be a prolific goal scorer..so goals and assists alone do not entirely quantify everything he did on the pitch in his case as well🙄...

@@emil.ville_ Henry did it out of freedom not out of responsibility... Henry had Viera in cdm and bergkamp to provide... Its like messi in 2011 he was the best becoz everything else was taken care of by xavi inesta busquets and in strike they had villa pedro... Similarly arsenal at that time had a tight team... Whereas juventus had a degrading del piero way past his prime and they didnt have a proper provider since zidane left... Thats why they brought in nedved.. Who used to defend and chase and then constantly keep attacking... He was and is perhaps the most ambidextrous footballer ever... If u ask who is the better yes o henry might be the better player but nedved was playing in the most difficult league at that time and running all the time all the time from box to box... Its just the English media couldn't digest nedved winning the title.... Nobody complained when oliver bierhoff won the golden ball in 96.. And everyone even forgot him... He was the greatest header even ronaldo would agree to that... But nobody remembers him... Becoz he didnt play for man u or arsenal
