You can blow up a balloon in a bottle even without the hole. Air is highly compressible. It may be super hard, and you won't be able to blow it up all the way, but to say that it's not possible is wrong

@noahjordan6761, remember he made the hole in the bottom so that as he inflates the balloon, the balloon fills the space and forces the air out through the tiny hole. Once he stops inflating it, naturally the air in the balloon wants to escape and therefore air must go back into the bottle through the tiny hole BUT he covered the hole with his finger to prevent the air from re-entering so it created a vacuum collapsing the bottle. If he removed his finger from covering the hole, the balloon could properly deflate and air could fill the space and return the bottle back to it's original shape.

You're doing it all wrong. A hole in the bottom is way too complex. It has to be the most simple, most stupid solution. Put down a water, five dollars maybe. Have two identical bottles with two identical balloons. Prove to your friend the bottle is unmodified, fill it with water, dump it out. Let your friend go first. He can't do it. Your turn. Squeeze the air out of the bottle, as much as you can. Attach the balloon, profit.
