Thanks I am gonna cook for the family (They love pakistani foods), To me its nostalgia tasting it ; as I studied as foreign student in karachi in 90s NED University I remember Tarikh road ,kala board, gulshan e iqbal ... clifton and so on Away almost 20 years. love and respect from edmonton canada.

Assalamu Alaikum, I love to watch cooking videos and lots of cooking channels and I never ever subscribe any channel. But your Balochi tikka karahi is the reason that first time I subscribed your channel and I did like it. Honestly lots of people on you tube made this recipe and even famous TV chefs they made this karahi, unfortunately they don't even close to Karachi highway karahi… “BUT YOU NAILED IT” I have been there so many times, and enjoyed tikka karahi, I was looking for this karahi recipe for so long….. baji you cooked this karahi very professionally and explain very well. sara kuch tayar kar ke rakh lain. sirf oopar se jo masala dala hy ur green peppers aur garnish ki cheezain na dalain aur freeze kardain. Phir jserve karne se pehle kam se kam 1-2 hours room temperature pe rakhain aur phir garam karain. Aur serving dish mn masala aur garnish dal k serve karain

WalaikumAssalam, agar ap ko pratha banana ata hy to sab se simple tariqa ye hy k roti ko belan se roll karne k baad us pe melted ghee lagayein aur phir roti ko bilkul aise hi phir pera bana lain jaise parathey k liye banaty hn. Phir is perey ko dobara roll kar ke roti banaeyn aur medium heat pe bghair fry kiye bilkul roti ki tarah tawey pe saink lain.

aap chicken freezer se nikal k defrost karo aur phir steam karo lo tu chicken thori soft ho jaegy. Phir salt and ginger dal k baqi process complete karo to inshaAllah theek ho jaegy

Put a stand on boiling water, place chicken pieces on the stand, make sure chicken is not touching water, cover with a lid and steam for about 20-30 minutes. After that complete the cooking process or if you have already fully prepared the chicken then just sprinkle a little bit of remaining masala on top and serve
