Park Heights is different from other hoods in Baltimore because it also the heart of the Caribbean population in Baltimore. Alot of Jamaicans and Trinidadians live in Park Heights. Shout out to Park Heights and Belvedere. If you know you know.

I didn’t even make it to 5 min. in. It’s depressing seeing a bunch of these guys pilled up like some junky’s. Baltimore just keeps getting more and more self destructive. I remember when as a street dude, doing anything other than w33d and alcohol was shunned . Now everyone is on hard drugs. And it’s become acceptable. It’s disgusting really.

I’m Watching This From Brooklyn New York. But I was Born over West , & always used to hang out up Park Heights when I’d visit B-more . I remember shopping in Cinderella’s & shopping in Charley Rudo’s Back in the day . But shotouts to all my Park Heights Soldiers from up top to down Bottom.

I'm from saint charles and belvedere. The block ain't the same. We are the ones raised by the O.G. that was running the streets in the early 90's to the 2000s. We graduated from the street life. Went to college and own businesses. Them youngisn were babies we were running around. RIP to Little Howard a Saint Charles original gangster. He gave me my nickname. Zone 15 for life still

Back in the day this area had a strong Caribbean vibe up to the Pimlico Racetrack. You slid thru the BLOCK actin' like a fool and those brothers would deal with you accordingly. I'm talking back in the late 70's thru the late 80s. St. Charles, Litchfield, Cordellia, Beaufort, Spaulding, etc. I remembered when the Belvedere Towers were built in 1973. Walking past the towers to cut behind the shopping center next to the towers between 1977-1980 to walk to Pimlico Jr. High. Then between 1980-1990 shopping at Cinderellas, eating at the Yellow Bowl, Pimlico Carryout, Belvedere/Park Heights Yak Joint, and hooping at CC Jackson & Denmore basketball court. Not to mention the soldiers who held down the area. No need to name drop. People old enough would also remember the Purple Heart Thrift Store and the Private Stock Social Club!!! Shat, I remember when there was a 7-eleven on Belvedere and Reisterstown Road and the female cop was thrown thru the window!!!!

Park heights during the mid to late 2000’s was a time. My family from over west but my aunt insisted we lived over East because she believed never last your head where you play. So I use to live to go over my grandma house. It was soo many ppl in the neighborhood and it was like a big family. Us kids playing, able to walk around, we spoke to the adult, adults would keeps us in line or tell our family, fake beefs going on but nothing major or deadly. All the hood drama stayed amongst the hood niggas not like today where a child or woman being harmed every other day. My uncle was the neighbor drunk every other day someone like “your uncle on belvedere drunk climing up the light pole, fighting or doing kung fu. R.I.P Kung Fu/Jo jo/Devin. These kids these days don’t know what they missing out on smh

The bottom don’t start by Park Circle it starts from Coldspring down to Mondawmin and the top is from Coldspring up to 695 in Jew Town. I’ve been up Park Heights for over 50 years and it’s totally different from what it once was bcuz it’s a bunch of new dudes that migrated from other areas that’s up here now.
