Three Americans died in car collisions in the time he gave that speech… so what the heck is he talking about? Why does government pour fortunes into a handful of people who sadly die in one case… but then ignore many thousands each year from another cause? Makes no sense. Misplaced priorities. This is incompetence.

@@matrox"Most" is definitely a stretch. In the last hundred years, two were found guilty as far as I know. One went to prison (the other got probation + expungement at the end).
