All of the above is wrong. It was that intense because Ravens never list a preseason game since 2015. Last week . Commanders and Ravens had joint practice. It was heated so the talk of commanders beating and ending Ravens streak was a hype. Eric B had something to prove. Sam had something to prove. The owner wanted this win. This win came from alot of things except from all the above who answered you.

The play calling is definitely better (timing throws, zone blocking, check down reads, etc) O-line looks great! Commanders offense looks like Chiefs-light version 2.0)

The best preseason game I can recall since Steve Spurrier’s first year. Same Howell and the O-line looked great - against the RAVENS. This may be a very good season.

Sam Howell proved people wrong (again), I did predict Washington to go 2nd in the East so let’s see if it stands, the 24 game streak in preseason shows why preseason matters. Amazing game and new ownership this is the start of something special I think

Dude the commanders had their entire starting offense in for the first half and a few starters on defense. The ravens played with their 3rd and 4th string players all game on both sides of the ball and y’all still only won by a point commanders are an easy lock for last in the East especially with how good the rest of that division is.

Everyone is talking about the Lions being a sleeper threat in the NFC. Watch out for the Commanders though. If EB can utilize the pieces in the Commanders offense, that team will be scary.
