The poorest and most drug infested state is west Virginia and guess what race dominates there and ik plenty of nasty and trifling trailer parks. Kensington in Philly is filled with non black zombie addicts roaming around and most black areas are the way they are by design and the other evil race had a head start because of it

Some of the poorest areas in the U.S. are whlte or hlspanic areas, but they have nowhere near the IeveIs of vioIent crime/murder as the bIack areas. The fact that this has to be explained to you in 2024 is astonishing.
