Unless he has empowered them so much and unless they feel so empowered and thankful for that, this will not happen. Don't usually see this so prominently with any assistants of any other Directors. VM, in fact, leads the way - none of his public interactions can be seen without a specific mention of BM!!!! And BTW - YTF are there people always standing behind speakers - only can see prominently in Tamil videos.
