Balushahi is one of traditional Indian sweets or Mughlai dish, which is popular all over Pakistan, india, Nepal and Bangladeshi cuisine. In Pakistan or india its known as balushahi and in south india its known as balusha recipe. Other than this is called khurmi recipe, khaja, Badusha recipe, or Balushai Misti Recipe and it is made using all purpose flour, ghee and Yogurt. This sweet is crispy from outside, and has a moist or soft and flaky texture from inside. It is usually made for the special sweet dish recipe in festivals or occasions like weddings, eid, diwali, holi, Rakhi or Raksha bandhan and spread happiness :)

Aaj aapki recipe se Balu shahi banaai MashAllah buhut he khasta , flaky andar se soft or mazedaar bani ....aisee to buhut se halwaai bhi nahi bana paatey ... kuch baaton ki wazahat karna chahti hoon taa k doosron kaa faida ho sakey : 1) 1 standard cup men plus minus 120 gram flour hota hay is liye agar kisi behen k paas kitchen scale na ho to cup se naap len bus ghee ka hisaab sahi hona chaheye kion k agar ghe kam hoga to hard baney gi balu shahi. 2)paani aik saath poora naa daalen bulkey half quantity pehley dal kar chamchey se mix karen phir andaazey se mazeed add karen. 3)frying time is very important ....isko bilkul halki aanch pe fry karen tub he ye phooley ge agar oil ka temperature thora bhi zyada huaa to ye chand seconds men ooper se brown ho jaaey gee or yoon dough ko phoolney ki jaga nahi miley gee to wo andar se kacha reh jaaey gaa chaahey aap kitni he dair fry karen ... ye choti choti c baaten shayad 1st time banaaney waalon k liye usefull hon ...
