Bam Bam Bigelow talks about how much influence Shawn Michaels & the Kliq had over Vince McMahon/WWF in the mid-late 1990s! Full shoot ➤ TitleMatchNetwork.com
Produced, licensed & distributed by Title Match Media LLC. Enjoy the full Bam Bam Bigelow shoot interview on our streaming subscription service, TitleMatchNetwork.com.
Title Match Media LLC digitally remastered the original raw footage, including color correction and advanced audio editing specifically for this KZfaq release.
Bam Bam Bigelow discusses his problems with Shawn Michaels, Kevin Nash (aka DieseL) and Scott Hall (aka Razor Ramon), essentially the entire Kliq. What happened with Shawn Michaels at Wrestlemania that forced the Undertaker to take action?
Rumor has it that at the time, Michaels had refused to do the job for Stone Cold Steve Austin and may have threatened to even take the title home with him.
How did Vince McMahon react when Bam Bam Bigelow confronted him about the Kliq? Did they really try to bury Bigelow, Shane Douglas & Chris Candido? Also hear the story behind Shawn Michaels chewing gum on his close up after being "knocked out" by Mike Tyson at Wrestlemania.
This Bam Bam Bigelow Shoot Interview was conducted in April 1998. Licensed/distributed by Title Match Network.
Several news fans are discovering this series thanks to the recently recently Kevin Nash Podcast.

@@murraysaucedo897 The IC belt was viewed differently back then. It was a stepping stone to the world title and you didnt really get it if they didnt have plans for you down the line. Razor, Diesel, HBK and Jeff Jarrett were the only champions while Bam Bam was back between 92-95. 3 from the kliq and one who Vince wanted to make a big star but it never came about. Would have been nice but they obviously didnt see him as world championship material, thus him never getting the IC belt.

The way I see it Vince was trying his best to keep afloat at the time. Shawn “lost his smile”, Vince signed Bret to a 20 year contract, Shawn returned and McMahon put the clique in a program with Bret, found that the clique getting more cheers than the Hart Foundation, tried to switch it up with a CanAm feud, Bret and Shawn shoot fighting backstage, Vince finally realized he made a huge mistake in signing Bret to his contract, sent him south and Shawn thought his tantrums finally won out and McMahon was going to push him to the moon, then found out that Vince had Stone Cold in the wings and he was expected to drop the belt to him clean in the middle of the ring at Wrestlemania. Shawn realized he wasn’t the golden child anymore and was having a hissy fit. Best decision Vince could have ever made. Steve took the WWF to heights that Shawn never could have. RIP Bam Bam

And Shawn had a lot to do with Vince letting Bret go and doing the whole Montreal deal. I don't understand what hbk had with Vince that caused Vince to take a side. Bret was the better person and loyal and would do business. The kliq ran Bret out with their power struggle with Vince as the heel guest referee

Its becauae its went politicaly correct just like everything else has, where a very loud, vocal, small minority seem to be able to for some reason lord it over the vast majority who are not bothered about political correctness. They need to have so many black or preferable black and another couple of other ethic minorities, and at least one woman. So really those who actually made the business need to wait while lesser draws or talents get in due to their race and sex basicaly. Lets face it, there havent been that many black or ethic wrestlers who made it to the top. Or how many women have really been a draw in wrestling? Sable... and what is she a draw for?? Her looks and fake tits. Sometimes in life certain ethnicities or men or women just gravitate towards a certain thing or tend to be good or not good at a certain thing, it doesnt mean you need to artifically "balance it out" just put those that deserve to be in the hall of fame in the thing! They were what they were, stop trying to be pc and pussy woke

He seemed like he would have been okay if I did, he had a real cool vibe about him but he looked tired and I understood he is still a human being and sometimes you don't want to be bothered. He became one of my favorite wrestlers after that, RIP..... on the flip side, every time I hear someone talk about Sean Michaels they say he was a prick! 😂

He didn't bully them, he played backstage politics. No difference then the guy at your job, you KNOW you could whoop his ass, but guess what, he's good friends with the boss. They do family bbq together, etc etc etc. You comfortable with knocking that fool out, knowing his buddy/buddy position with the boss? That's how it was dealing with the damn Kliq. Group of cowards basically.

Notice how the only ones to ever have anything bad to say about Bret are The Kliq or their lil random ass buddies, but everyone outside of that group and their few lil random ass buddies, have/had problems with the Kliq.

@Jay Fresco I never thought about that until now, you're right! The only people to talk bad about Bret is the kliq. Sean waltman has said good things though. And HHH don't like Bret cause he honestly couldn't lace Bret Harts boots

I've heard on countless times the likes of Steve Austin, undertaker, vader,Sid,kane,Mick Foley, roddy piper and many others praise the excellence of execution. Oh and Hogan stayed as far away from Bret as possible cause Hogan was threatened by him. And flair was always bitter about dropping the title in Saskatoon. The old guys always wanna keep the younger, hungry up and comers at knee level

@Telly Delucca Same. I like Bret, but I've heard stories from guys that hate HBK that Bret could be arrogant & take himself way too seriously. That being said, the low/mid card guys, that had issues w Michaels, usually did, because he buried them. There's a list of people, who he screwed over, bc for whatever reason, he had Vince wrapped around his finger. Even some of the Kliq members have said that HBK could get away w murder, in the 90s.

@@sese6227 what's wrong with being professional ass hell and being your own fan? At least bret never stopped nobodies push like the kliq. They literally fucked over all midcarders in mid 90s.
