It looks four long years, but TOG is back, and it looks fire so far! You're gonna absolutely love Wangnan. There's a reason he's one of the fandom's favorite characters, even arguably over Bam. Also, yea, the anime really shouldn't have cut the dialogue, but in the princess scene, it stated that 6 years have passed since Season 1

To explain some things as a refresher: - The Jahad family is composed of Jahad, the King of the Tower, and his chosen daughters. These daughters are picked from noble families and given part of Jahad's power through some unknown process. As for the Prince of Jahad, there's no record of one existing... - Anaak is a half-princess, as her mother was a real princess, but broke the rules and had a child, and was then killed for this. - The 13 Month series is a group of weapons created by the master blacksmith Ashul Edwaru at Jahad's request. These weapons are given out to chosen princesses. Out of the thirteen, the three we know about for now are Black March (given to Yuri), Green April (given to the original Anaak, passed on to her child, and then taken by Yuri), and now the Yellow May (owned by Maschenny). - The boxes Repellista uses are Lighthouses used by Lightbearers. Khun and Rachel both use them. The ones Repellista uses are actually part of a grander set called the Opera. - The tower is split into three areas: The Inner Tower, Middle Tower, and Outer Tower. The Inner Tower is where Regulars take tests and live while they climb the tower, the Outer Tower is a residential area where almost everyone lives and chosen people get brought into the Inner Tower as Regulars, and the Middle Tower acts as part-residential, part-business, and part shortcut to other floors of the tower. - There is a timeskip, about six years from the end of S1 to what we see in the episode. Excited to continue this climb with you!

Just a quick reminder of the terms mentioned in first season so you can fully understand the story since its been so long: Pratically everyone was born and live their lives inside of the tower, to the point where people believe the stars and the sky are just legends, these are the normal people which are called regulars Due to the way Bam entered the tower, he's considered an irregular, someone who doesn't follow the conventional rules of the tower, meaning many things don't apply to him and explains his quick growth Each time you want to climb a floor of the tower you must complete a test that the test admin set Jahad´s princesses aren´t connected by blood, they are essentially Girls that were "Blessed" by jahad due to them demonstrating some sort of potential, so essentially a bunch of prodigies that got buffed by the king, and due to this they can´t have children or love because that would spread the king's power (If the jahad princess demonstrates INCREDIBLE potential he may gift them one of the 13 month series weapons like the black march from yuri or yellow may that got mentioned this episode) Rankers are people Who have climbed to the top of the tower which means they are on a whole other level power and knowledge wise, they mostly work as test admins, Honestly i think these are all of the main things to keep in mind from season 1 Oh yeah and age just works differently in the tower due to the shinsu(Magical water thats in the air), most if not all characters in season 1 are 100+ probably

Remember the cube thing khun was using in season one, its called a light house its basically there for a support role. Now she is useing hundreds at once, so shes doing what khun could do x 300

I’m glad he changed honestly bc he was super naive and gullible I saw Rachel was up to no good from the jump . He was so blinded by feelings and it was lowkey pissing me off .That being said , im glad he changed but honestly it’s anime so he probably still sweet and innocent.

Definitely the best seasonal anime this season. You can tell they not playing around with the budget on this one.
