He said it’s definitely worth reading, it’s really changed the way he views food and he’s already changing up what we get in our weekly shop 😊 however he doesn’t agree with what is mentioned about exercise, so worth taking everything with a pinch of salt and doing your own research alongside when reading non-fic!
