Bamboobshoot sashimi.
It's so delicius✨！！
タケノコで一番好きな食べ方が刺身です。
ボリボリと食感と、醤油とワサビをつけて食べるのが大好きぃ。
スーパーで買ってきた、わりかし新鮮そうなのを
鍋でお米と、鷹の爪を入れて１時間３０分ほど茹でて切って食べました。
えぐみは少ぉしだけありましたが、それ以上に美味でした✨！
本来のタケノコの刺身は掘り出してから
３０分以内くらいに軽く茹でて食べます。と
ネットでは見かけました。
少しタケノコが余ったので時間の動画で使います。

趣味でタケノコ作ってます。アク抜きは煮てる間にアクが抜ける訳ではなくて、煮て熱が入った後にアクが抜けやすくなるので煮汁に一晩漬けるというのは決して熱を取る為では無いです。タケノコは種類にもよりますが根から切り離した瞬間に「喰われてたまるか」とアクを生成するので、収穫から30分以内に食べれば生でもいけます。アク抜きには米糠（こめぬか）が1番抜けます。生米でも抜けない事は無いですが、この場合だと水と生米とタケノコのサイズの割合が取れてないのでほぼ意味無いと思います。また、タケノコを皮付きのまま切れ目を入れて煮るのはタケノコの旨味を逃さない為とアク抜きをしやすくするためです。

I usually soak my chopped bamboo overnight in brine to draw out any bitterness. But I guess the steaming accomplished the same thing.

I come from Viet Nam and in my hometown. it's one of the main ingredient of the traditional dishes ( go with pig's bone, onion and some seasonings) that usually appeared in important occasion. It's taste really good so i hope u can try it some day
