The sooner the better! Cut small amounts at one time to process. FRESH CUT bamboo must be from older, mature culms (bamboo stalks) as younger culms have not developed strength. Process all fresh cut bamboo within 24 hours. As the bamboo dries fairly quickly, the natural sugar becomes more concentrated and becomes an insect feast ! Bamboo must be treated freshly cut, so as it dries, the natural sugars are flushed out and replaced with the preservative that you chose. Bamboo that is cut and just set aside, will dry too quickly and most often will split...if the bugs don't bore hundreds of holes in it first. Good Luck with your projects !

@@anjbamboocraft2703 Utter Nonsense. 😡 If this is your Attitude then I think you won't get much subscribers. Many people asked you for the substances that you have added in the Water. But you are not ready to share it. Why? I too was expecting that there would be sort of Subtitle or Text that you've added in the Video which would have been easy for us viewers. There are Ample of Videos we could find in you tube who meticulously and elaborately will let us viewers explain in details. I too was about to hit the subscribe button but a Big NO.
