I came out of such a cult in the year 2019.There was an intense spiritual warfare after I made my decision. I was told by the"pastor" that if he doesn't pray for my tithe I would GOD would not bless me. In the meanwhile I was forcing my husband to give me that tithe money by threatening to divorce him. 😢 How I wish I could share my testimony on your platform!!! Nonetheless GOD delivered me and my family from that cult and saved my marriage. I thank GOD for new beginnings

I appreciate this testimony because I have lost my young sister to a cult. Madam you have helped me understand the mindset and inner workings of cults. As I speak, we haven't seen my sister in close to two years yet we live in the same city...literally less than an hour apart. She lives in a gated community and we're not allowed to go in and see her and she and her husband have us blocked. We continue to pray and trust in the Lord for her release from that cult. If He did it for your mum and countless others, He will remember us too. Brethren, let's be vigilant and speak the discernment of the Holy Spirit. Anyone can fall into a cult, whether you are learned or not. Only Yahuah can keep us and our loved ones safe. Blessings to you Tim and Erica for this enlightening episode 🤍

Thank you very much for speaking about issues regarding cults. Sister Grace reminds me of the experience I had when I went to Pretoria to further my studies. I was always tormented by the evil spirits since childhood. So, one day I left the Roman Catholic church to seek deliverance from other churches. That's when I realised that some churches are very dangerous. Some of them treated their leaders like a deity. The church leaders were always annoyed with me because I often questioned their authority. After being abused by the church and being sexually assaulted by the those prophets, I decided not to go to church anymore. I just told myself that I have my faith and my Bible, I don't need a church to grow close to God. Even though I studied the Bible, prayed and fasted, played worship music and listened to sermons, I missed worshipping God with other believers. Finally, I prayed and asked God to show me a godly church and I'm glad I found it.

The dad may sound like a good person, but he failed miserably in providing leadership for his family. Even when he came from abroad and found his house in total disorder, he chose the easier way out, he left and left his children behind in that mess. Escapism of the highest calibre. I thank God for delivering me from that spirit of poverty that says “ don’t give unless I can deduct it on my tax return”. My favorite verse is Psalm 41:1 - blessed is the man that considers the poor, in the day of trouble God will deliver them. The “tithe” has become a spiritual ponzi scheme turning many victim into unbelievers. I pray that many ears hear this video.

I would love to give my testimony one day. I was in a “church “ where you’d be advised to tell the bishop your dream for “interpretation “ then if ever she was in your dreams, it would signify her “angel” 🤦🏾‍♀️.. then there were “instructions “ given for every week by “God” e.g she says on Tuesday there will be a wind of confusion blowing through the land so to safeguard yourself fast from like 3am-3pm ..then also give specific offerings dictated by an angel number for “covering “ like Angel number 21 means give ksh 2100 🤦🏾‍♀️.. but God delivered me. I remember the last testimony you spoke about parents must be careful not to trust doctors alone with with their kids, just this morning here in namibia capital city a doctor was arrested in connection with molesting his own 8yr old son for many years, the worst of all is that the doctor works for the department of women and child abuse, so sad , and it is said that the grandmother the doctor mother has known this for a long time but protect her son instead.

2nd time, I am listening to Grace's testimony, and it wouldn't have been told any other way. Very powerful, eye-opening and uplifting. My auntie has always been in such churches and to date she has not found a way out. My parents tried opening her eyes but it's like she is still stuck in limbo, hence the reason I understand where Grace's mum's mind is..... it's so sad.

Thank you, Jesus, for setting our sister free! Self-righteousness is so dangerous when doing work to become save. This always leads to cults and confusion. It is a slippery slope. Our salvation is obtained solely through grace by faith and not through our efforts or “Works.” We perform good deeds as a result of our salvation, not to attain it. We could never do enough to satisfy God’s wrath. That's why Jesus came. His blood was shed, and we are declared RIGHTEOUS. And now, because we have His Holy Spirit and love Him, we walk in obedience, not to become saved, but BECAUSE we are saved. Oh, the Blood of Jesus! Hallelujah!!!
