HOW TO MAKE PROFIT IN BAR SOAP USING COLD PROCESS

This video illustrates how to make profit in bar soap using cold process making.
We will be learning how to make white soap cold process and boost the soap quantity using fluid and soda ash, sodium silicate and sodium sulphate .
We will achieve a hard bar of soap shiny and equally smelling very lovly.
Achieving more quantity and less cost of production also depends on nearness to raw materials and how cheap the raw materials are, we can’t literally compare factory production with a 1 to 10 liters soap made at home 🤔.
So try to leatn how to make bar soap using other oils and not only palm kernal oil to save cost. And imptove soap quality.
Palm kernel oil 2 liter
Tallow or palm oil 1 liter
Or palm kernel oil 3 liter

Caustic soda 500g
Soda ash 500g
Sodium sulphate 600g
Sodium silicate 500ml
Foam booster 500ml
Fragrance 30ml
Calcium carbonate or kaoline optional (100-600g)

Any undiluted fragrance or diluted. There is actually no type in fragrance all has different makeup. Lemon is not same with maybe lavender. They all have different makeups

All oils from plants are generally called vegetable oil. Pko , crude palm oil, olive, sunflower, canola, palm olein etc are all . Any soft oil will make u arrive at a softer soap . So check the actual type of oil and check online if is hard or soft oil and the kind of soap bars it produces.

@@user-lo8zl7zl1w kings oil is not made from groundnut is a palm olein oil. Look well on the body, is refined crude palm oil that gives u Palm olein. And no. I said the replacement should br a very hard oil or u just work with only pko .
