Trying a banana recipe from the 'fresh soaps' book by ‪@tellervo.‬
I made a small change in the recipe and added calendula infused oil to try to achieve a yellow color.

You made me laugh. For someone who said "I have no idea what I'm doing", you did a wonderful job. I have yet to make one of Sara's soaps from her book (still enjoying reading through it) but I will do so soon. A gel ring is no big deal.....adds character! 🐾🦋

Good thing it was put in the freezer. There's a lot of sugar. Sometiimes the soaps cracks with heat from the sugar. Looks good.

The soap came out great! ❤ The top is pretty! (I like the idea of using calendula for a stronger yellow color but did it remain yellow after curing?) Thank you for the excellent video! I hope everyone who watches it buys a copy of the book-- it's wonderful. 😊

Bonjour, je souhaitais justement utiliser de la banane en expérimentation et je tombe sur votre vidéo ! Pouvez vous nous dire la proportion de purée de banane et d’huiles et beurres ? Et pouvez vous nous parler au final de l’odeur, la conservation et la douceur ? Par avance merci ! Super vidéos !

Hi there, question: Did you account for the weight of the bananna or did any deductions for the water weight? I made mine but I used my cold banana puree with the lye and of course it is dark!!! Thanks in advance for answering!
