Banana oat tahini sweet potato chocolate cake. Sugar free and gluten free!
Why didn't I know this recipe before. One of my favorite dessert. If you want sugar free and gluten free dessert, make this recipe. I hope you like it.
Ingredients :
1 ripe banana (200g/ 7 ounces).
100g tahini (1/2 cup).
Salt.
Vanilla extract.
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder.
juice of 1/2 lemon.
200ml milk.
100g (1cup) oat flour.
35g (1/3cup) cacao powder.
1 tsp baking powder.
50g sugar free chocolate drops (1/4 cup).
- 18cm/ 7 inches silicone square baking pan.
- grease with coconut oil.
- Bake at 180°C/350°F for 25-30 minutes.
80g sugar free chocolate drops (1/2 cup).
160g (1/2 cup) mashed sweet potatoes.
garnish:
sesame seeds.
- cut into 16 square pieces.
