I used my Ultimate Vanilla, Ultimate Chocolate, AND my personal favourite Banana Cake, stacked with Italian meringue buttercream. I just made a cake for the first time for my dads B-day, it was not as hard as I thought it was but is was fun and very time-consuming. It was a 2 layer circle carrot cake with white icing and crushed pecans all over the cake, I think its the best cake we have ever had for a birthday, we have only ever had store-bought cakes so it was a nice change. All in all you were my inspiration to try and now I love baking. THANK YOU! P.s HAPPY BIRTHDAY YO!!!

I have no earthly idea how to make anything aside from a Betty Crocker 3 easy steps out of the box cake, and I have absolutely no desire to learn but it’s so fun, uplifting and amazing to watch this lady in her God given passion. Happy birthday, Yo! This cake looks delicious! I have a cake suggestion: could you make a giant tiramisu cake? I was thinking vanilla cake with chocolate ganache and coffee buttercream, and maybe cream cheese frosting. Pretty much the tiramisu equivalent of your lasagna cake. Umm question 🙋🏽♀️ why not just use strawberry cake for the strawberry ice cream?? Not trying to be smart or anything but genuine curiosity

Ashely Williams it’s because the strawberries will make the cake soggy and or it’s really weird to put strawberries in the cake and not in the icing
