1. Sir can these blocks be used to make affordable masonry buildings? Would it crack under load of the slab? 2. If not can we use it if the roof is light weight and made of steel trusses and corrugated sheets?

What is best practice to place the last closure block-just below slab soffit. Should there be any layer of other material between slab soffit and concrete block to avoid crack ? let me know if this is covered in any other video also. Thanks

Sir AAC me jo chemical motor use krte hai bonding ke uske based pe block work ka calculation ka battao na. Normally apun Cement and sand ka ratio lete hai

Sir Individual House k liye Brand ki AAC Block jo 5 N+ ki strength bata ri sath hi lab tests de ri ho to kya lagwana chahiye? Mera frame structure h G+3 ka plan. Mere ghar k South direction me 3 ft area chuta hua h but North me ek ghar bilkul sata hua hai aur uska red bricks h Ground floor me aur 30 % 1st floor pe. To kya uss se koi problem aa sakti hai? Lintel aur Sill dono level pe band provide karne k bad bhi crack aa sakte hain kya sir? Aeroblock karke company h Patna me wahan se 3650 Rs per sqm me dere hain German Technology se bana hua Blocks aur Aerobond Adhesive at 550 per bag. Sir kya 5" AAC Block wall par Tata Pravesh k wood like Steel Doors fit kar sakte hain? Weight of these steel GI Doors are around 45 kgs. They are fixed using Fasteners. Will it lead to cracks in future? What if someone(Padosi) hammers a nail over my 8" AAC Block wall from North. Will 8" Wall crack in the case Sir kya Window aur Door k vibrations se bhi AAC wall me 1-2 sal me crack aa jata hai? Earthquake proof ka kya matlab hua is it said for the building for these blocks? Won't these blocks be cracked during earthquake? Can Curing after cement sand plaster be harmful? According to what should I choose Flyash Bricks or AAC Blocks and why? Is it compulsory to plaster outer wall immediately after erecting wall or can we do it after 1 year also? Can we do direct Gypsum plaster on internal faces of walls? Or direct putty is better option?

You can calculate it as per the size of block you choose for your house. A standard price for a 24"X10"X9" in Haryana is 71 Rs. per piece excluding travel cost.
