This is the start of a new short series featuring the most performed songs since the beginning of BAND-MAID.
For today's video, I used more than 50 clips from official recordings and fancam to take you on a journey through the years between 2017 and 2023.
I hope that you will enjoy watching Choose me in a very different way with a long long long intro.

I was at the Detroit show back in May my sister and I drove from Canada 🇨🇦 too see the best band in the world 🌎 this was on of my all time favorite songs by Band-Maid Misa bass was amazing 🤩 along with Kanami going crazy on the guitar 🎸 and Akane on drums 🥁🥁was incredible!!! Miku singing and rhythm guitar 🎸 was amazing and the Ice Queen Saiki vocals just beautiful and amazing Misa smiled at me 3 times during this song 🎵 and Miku smiled at me once to was amazing my first time seeing them live to and on the 10 years anniversary show to was the icing on the cake greatest band ever!!!! 🌎👍😊😊🥁🎵🎤🇯🇵🎸🎸🎸

この曲で自分はBAND-MAIDに出会ったんですが、その時から自分の中では世界最高の曲だと思っています。 LIVEのchoose meはやはりボーカルに気合いが入っているので心を熱くさせてくれて良いんですが、個人的にはPVの choose meの彩姫の落ち着いたボーカルが心に染みて、彩姫のボーカルの中ではベストかなと勝手に思っています。過去に小鳩がchoose meはバンドで一番重要な曲と言っていた事があるんですが、未だにバンドの中でも重要な位置にあるのかもしれません。

Ohrenje-san, what a fantastic job you did on this! Thank you so very much for all your efforts! I can't be sure, but I think I recognized a clip or 2 from Echoplex in LA. They did 2 shows there, September 30 and October 1, 2019. I was at the second show. Got to meet them at the preshow meet and greet. They are exactly the kind of people you want your heroes and idols to be. Just fantastic and very appreciative. And then they blew the roof off the place!! Again, great job mon ami!

The 2018 Zepp Tokyo Show Is My Favorite. It Starts With Kanami Playing A Beautiful & Melodic Piece And All The Ladies Are Absolutely Dazzling. Unfortunately This Video Has Disappeared And Can Only Be Found On A Few Reaction Videos. Needless To Say The Choose Me (Official Music Video) Is Fantastic And Is What Started It All. I Think We Would All Choose Saiki Given Half A Chance.

「Choose me」で特に思うのは、『彩姫さんと、小鳩さんの声（声質）の相性がかなり良い』あと、他の曲でも「自分たちの曲を大事にする、アレンジを変えたり成長を続ける」と。 BAND-MAIDは、かなり『ライブで演奏する事を重視し、自分たちがライブを楽しむことでファンを引き付けるバンド』かと。

Once again, a great job, Ohrenje. A wonderful journey through time of this song, on which you take us here. 🙏🏻 Since we are in the same boat, especially with the scenes of the US tour from last year, for us Europeans here who are waiting so eagerly for the next visit of the ladies, a great video and reminder of what we are looking forward to. この曲のギターソロは前半の方ではなく後半が個人的にはとても気に入ってます。目をつぶって聴いていると音程が上下に行ったり来たりして忙しい割には流れる様なメロディーラインで思わずうっとりと聴き入ってしまいます。流石天才みんちょらしい練られたソロだなぁと思います。最近アップされたお給仕でのchoose meの後半のソロのかなみんちょの表情がもう何とも言えません。Choose meの個人的なベストアングルの１つだと思います。

Very happy to see this, thank you. Watching this retrospective gave me an idea that I think you or maybe P in D would do well. YT Shorts of song Intros. That intro from 2018 is one of my favorites and got me to thinking about all the ones they've done over the years. The two for Play and the recent one for Rinne come immediately to mind but I'm sure there are others just as good. Just a thought. Guarantee if crowd sourced Maidiacs would toss you a boat load of ideas/links.

4:34 - Was hoping their Choose me cameo from Kate (2021) would make an appearance (even though it's the studio version for the movie) but still a great compilation!

I would love to see a video digging in to the album artwork. It would be interesting to hear the maids discuss it. The artwork of the girl lying face down in the grass… I can’t help but wonder who is this? Why is she lying in the grass? Face down? There must be an interesting story😀⛩️Every cover is interesting…. Similar to the great art of 70’s albums, that wierd style!

Great work! Thanks from Japan 有難う💛。 This is also an enlightening compilation for me, who discovered Band-Maid in 2021. I have experienced 3 times of Oku-Ji only to date, so I have witnessed three kind of "Choose Me" at Zepp DiverCity Tokyo (2022), TGT and Club Citta Kawasaki (2023). I look forward to seeing different arrangement of this song at Yokohama Arena in coming Nov.

Choose Me is the first BAND-MAID song that I listen and naturally I grown tired listening to this song and sometimes I feel disdained that they prefer to spam this song like almost of their Okyujis. But, if Choose Me from The Dome pop up I definitely would give a listen for that intro only. I just hope them performed songs that less frequently played live, songs like RINNE, Flying High and many more.

I didn't discover Band Maid until literally a month before Conquer was released....and the first song I heard was DICE! The second I heard Misa's bass tone, it reignited my desire to play bass again, and then when I heard Choose Me, that was it. I bought a bass, and that was the first song I learned to play again after almost 20 years away from the low end.

Another amazing video Ohrenje, really appreciate your hard work. This video really highlights how polished their Okyuji performances are, to be able to put together a compilation video like this. Not many bands put in the hard work to reach this level of consistency.
