@kaboom16 pansin ko rin po yun..magkaiba po yata talaga ang pagkaset ng time sa lobby at elevator..more or less 40 minutes yata ang difference..kasi nung dumating si cedric yung time sa lobby 22:41:57 pero yung time sa elevator pagpasok 22:03. Pero kahit anong oras naman talaga yung mas tama dun, it doesn't matter kasi yung chronological order naman ng mga pangyayari nagkocoincide sa pahayag ni vhong.#justsaying

Dapat magkaron Ng batas sa mga condo building na the management are responsible for whatever crime would commit in their place. CCTV is just a silent witness sa mga sign of crime happening in condo building. Dapat may umaksyon agad to prevent it.

I'm not sure about the Philippines but here in the US the 1st step taken for a "rape" victim is to take them to a hospital for treatment. 11 days later, she has yet to get herself treated. I guess she's not that concerned because she knows the truth.

Unfortunately here in the Philippines the stigma of being a rape victim is often too much for a woman and victims tend to keep it to themselves, its rare to get even a medical report indicated she was likely a victim of sexual assault but i agree with you. Oh and in this case it was only attempted rape so they probably assumed it wasn't necessary and deniece probably didnt want to

Jas Max I'd like to know the actual distance from her condo to the elevator. It took Deniece 2 minutes to reach the lobby from her unit. You figure she had to walk to the elevator bank, press the button, wait for the elevator to arrive (unless) it happened to be stationed on her floor already, go 2 floors to the lobby. I live on the 1st floor of a complex and it takes me at least 1-2 minutes to walk to the elevator bank, wait for the elevator before I reach the lobby. And I'm only 60 feet away from the elevator. So if you reduce the "time elapsed" to reach the lobby from 2 minutes, that's the exact time Vhong had to allegedly "attempt" to rape Deniece. In that short time, Vhong managed to grab her hair, push her down on the bed, pull down his pants and grope her.. REALLY?? lol Time to plead temporary insanity.

The time in the footage will indicate the sequence of events that are happening on the time and will help the analysis in determining of who was telling the truth. Punish those who are guilty according the law.

Update in 2022, people who were charged in that year of that case, one, the girl appealed and the court accepted it 🙃 Justice is bought I guess despite evidences as strong as the sequence of events on the CCTV caught.
