We were TOLD that this is the end… by Tyler himself… before the album came out. But during the livestream when Tyler and Josh were introducing each and every new music video during album release day, Tyler asked the audience “you tell me, does this feel like the end?” So everyone is expecting more songs, new album… something… but we don’t know what it is just yet. I think we’ll learn more once they start touring. I get the sense that the first tour is going to include the live audience as part of the fight against Nico. We were all led to believe this was the end. Tyler, himself, said that it was time to bring this to a close. His exact words, I believe, were all good things must come to an end. i’m not sure if this is truly the end but if it is i believe that clancy won because at the end when nico wraps his hands around his throat, his eyes don’t turn red meaning nico didn't have control over him. clancy looks nico in the face as himself. he is accepting that dark part of him but not letting it control him

I think it will be remixes, live remixes of songs with bands from shows. They did something simular with scaled and icy but that was probably scaled down and isolated cuz covid & staying safe. this feels like it's growing from that. I think the album cycle is kind of backwards for them. They build out the structures and we add our own life from it and they use that to add too it. Hi Tyler, Hi Josh. big fan, for six years now. Still gotta see a show

They also now the pure elation of when the eye started to open back up to begin the Trench Era. couple of things. Joe - did you notice the flowers? He has been collecting yellow flowers every time he escapes. As he's going to the tower to get Nico there is a bush and it contains all the flowers he collected. The two in the front of the dead crew are from Nico and the Niners.

At the very end when Clancy opens his eyes you hear the start of a new song…or at least new music…something’s happening 😊

2EsNoY is a true bandito and clique. We almost have the same reaction to the MV. I thought it was ending but when Tyler opened his eyes, I knew for sure this wasn't finished.

All of us wasn't ready for the movie actually. Definitely this doesn't look like the final chapter, so waiting at least for the single. I noticed two details. The first one. It doesn't matter how many supportive friends you have in your life, but when time comes to face your own fears, only you could fight it by yourself. That's why I think Clancy goes alone, and the Torchbearer worries about him (just look at the shot when Josh turns and watch the tower). And the second. The episode when Tyler finally got into the tower reminds me about the beggining of Guns for Hands music video when Tyler gave a mask to Josh and said: “They don't know it's you. You can take it off when you're ready.” And just one fun observation: moving of camera is the same for me in the part of Tyler running through the sewage system and in the trees and thunder parts of Backslide music video.

That's pretty much him telling us there is something else coming. Now the questions are what will it be and when will it be released?

We have tickets to opening night in Denver and I just can’t wait!!!! I saw that Tyler tweeted that the tour will be a “flashback” of everything. I really wonder if the Tyler on the cliff is just retelling of what happened b/c he has the Clancy stole on. Did he die?? Did he survive and he’s just retelling the story??? What, I don’t know! I also wonder about how Clancy didn’t have black paint on at the beginning of the video, but as soon as they started marching toward Dema, he had the black on his hands and neck. In the livestream of the Clancy albums, Tyler said Josh, or the Torchbearer, had 3 parts/sides. Since we have seen the 2 sides, I think the 3rd side will be shown at the final part of this album. Idk. Is Tyler remembering the war, or what? The Tyler at the beginning had black on as he played the ukulele and the end had black on too, so I don’t know what to think. 60k watching the premiere. epic. i don’t really expect a big nico vs clancy, / light tyler vs dark tyler showdown. i think the point is that we can’t ever completely kill our demons. we need to stop running from them, look them in the eye, make peace with them, learn how to navigate life with them. that’s the real challenge, pushing through darkness, continuing step by step, day by day. but we can use creativity to stoke our light, keep depression etc at bay. for that matter, we can use the darkness to inspire creativity. but maybe i’m wrong and we will see a live battle this fall!
