How are you even emote hopping I always slow down also how is your character switching to side to side when u emote hop but when I do it it doesn't I always time my jumps I slide hop but I still slow down so I'm confused why this doesn't work

To gain speed you have to surf or you could strafe. Fps above 70 is heavily recommended. His high fps is the reason he is switching from side to side so fast.
