@@praveenkkumarsingh The context is that Beatrix has just used Pai Mei's 5-Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique--which, according to Bill, Pai Mei would not teach to anyone but did teach to Beatrix--on Bill. They were both shocked, and Beatrix, her rage now passed, clearly regretted her actions, knowing that Bill was effectively dead. To add insult to injury, Pai Mai clearly trusted her more than he did Bill and others, and probably rightfully concluded that she was the best warrior of the bunch. IMHO, "You look ready." is one of the best lines in Tarantino's work.

especially when you realize that it's probably at least partially inspired by the Saint Valentine's Day Massacre in Chicago which killed 7 people and was between the North Side and the South Side, Bugs Moran was North and Al Capone South. Or maybe not. But it always makes me think of it, because it's a blend of samurai and western, and there's a samurai movie the "Seven Samurai" and there's the western, "The Magnificent Seven". Just like in the massacre in Chicago, there were four perpetrators. But was there anything romantic about the saint valentine's day massacre? I don't know, but this movie, yes very romantic.4 is an unlucky number in Japanese because it is sometimes pronounced as shi which means death.
