Bhai we can't even think of purchasing flat at those high yield places I'm from Hyderabad and even in Hyderabad at some places the cost of flats are of crores And banglore is much costlier than Hyderabad 😂😂 And some fun fact:- My friend was arrested by Mysore(nearby banglore) police because of cutting down two trees😂😂😂

Namma Bengaluru ❤️❤️❤️ 1BHK in the IT corridor will be INR 45L For 700sqft in a high-rise... 2BHK in 79 to 80L, 3 BHK will be 1.2cr range in a high-rise... If you move 15Kms away from the IT corridor, you can get a descent 2BHK for 50L max... Including aminities ... clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, cycling track, ect...

Flat 1.5 cror 2 bhk in lose area, if you want some intirier area u can get 30/40/60 lakh indian rs 2 bhk flat, but in pose area you have to expence 1.50 to 4 cr.. i have also a 2 bhk beside mfar
