Munnar is a beautiful hillstation located in Kerala ,This video on Munnar will help you to get the information like how to reach Munnar From Bangalore by Road and all the required information .Also the room tour of the propertywhere we stsyed ,The drive to Munnar was scenically beautiful throughout the beautiful Ghat road Valley and Tea Estate many waterfalls and what not . We took many breaks in between to stop by and enjoy nature beauty at its best teaestate and the waterfalls .
This EP 1 will cover Bangalore to Munnar Road trip and room tour of our tea estate property .
We took the Salem-Avinashi-udumalpet-Anamalai-Munnar route.

Hi Karaj, thanks for sharing this beautiful vlog. This truly helps to family people. I am also planning a family trip to Munnar and would be grateful if you could provide some more info : 1. How much time approx entire journey took (with how many stops/gaps etc.) 2. Approx toll and interstate entry fees you paid? 3. How are roads, in general? 4. How are Hill stations roads on they way and near Munnar? Any hair pin/dangerous bends etc?

Hello Fayaz, Thanks a lot for appreciation 😊, 1. We take breaks as in when we feel, but yes, we maintain the breakfast and lunch time ..breakfast you can stop at Salem and lunch break hotel,I have shown one in video on foothills of munnar See since Mr Dk is comparatively new to Ghat road we drove really very slow as the annamalai forest road is mostly single lane and you have to be extremely careful so we maintained avg speed of 20 to 25 kmph in ghat road .We left at 5 am honestly we covered the major 320 kms easily by 12 noon it was the 120 km road at last from where the forest starts and the view of munnar that we kept taking breaks for viewing the nature the waterfalls .We reached around 6 pm as the route is scenically beautiful. 2.For detailed breakups on tolls, etc, you can check my itinerary vlog it will be in the Playlist section. 3. Roads are really good. there's no need to worry it's only when the forest zone starts it single lane for 60km approx and double lane after that, this route is beautiful, but one has to drive carefully . 4. Roads were curvy on this Annamalai route, but no hairpin bend Also, I have no idea on Theni route as I am still to explore that .

Which month you visited ? how are Munnar people compared to Ooty ? in ooty conoor entry feeses are pretty high ? did you see any major difference between ooty and Munnar ?

Hello we visited in October Munnar is very beautiful and it's like not over crowded as well like ooty I have captured each and every info in detail plus the fee also is not that high honestly if you ask me Munnar is at another level .

Hi, Just carry the basic documents of ownership , pollution check doc ,etc .Though they won't ask, Yes you need to get down at 4 checkposts if you go via Annamali route that has been shown in the video, and they all ask the same details like car no where are you coming from etc basic questions..

Hi Thanks a lot for the question On this Annamalai route the Ghats road is narrow and curvy but no hairpin bends but ghat stretch is long .Also there is another route people prefer which is Theni one I have not explored it so won't would be able to comment much .. Drive slowly and it should be fine 🙂
