Hi Guys, welcome to our new vlog, Bangalore to Yercaud. Yercaud is a small hill station near Bangalore, an ideal escape from Bangalore. Yercaud is a hill station in the Eastern Ghats found in Tamil Nadu, namely in the Shevaroy Hills. It's located just 230 Km away from Bengaluru and usually takes 4hrs to reach. We booked a beautiful resort, named Shambala Resort in Yercaud for a night stay. It's a fantastic property located inside a coffee plantation, just a 2KM away from Yercaud Lake.

Hello Sir, I am planning to visit Yercaud this coming long weekend. I have a good experience on driving on plain roads. Could you please tell me more about the hair pin bends, is it same like coorg? I have a automatic car with manual option also, is it good for mountain drive?? On hair pin bends, in which gear we should drive ?? What speed we should maintain on hair pin bends?? Are there good barricades both sides when travelling to Yercaud hair pin bends??

Hair pin bends are wide and not very stiff. Speed and gear depends on how roads allow you on that day. Automatic with auto hold will make your life easier. There are enough barricades to make you feel safer.

hi, nice resort... I guess your trip expenses include cost of stay more compared to fuel . One advantage of travelling solo is minimize of cost of accommodation and make budget travel.

There are 40 hairpin bends and they come one after the other. You hardly get any flat surface in between. So plan accordingly.

Sir .alto 800 mai 4 members janeka plan hai to yercuard.tho 20 hairpin bend road kaisa hai sir ?? Is it easy to go up or cut thoda mushkil hai . climbing keliye ?? Means eingin ko zyada power dena hoga ya easily chad sakenge ?

How is the road condition? Will it easy for new driver

Road condition is good. There are around 20 hairpin bends. Could be little tricky for a new driver.

Thode bohat hairpin bends hain but roads wide hain. Drive carefully, you should be fine.
