The small crab is traditional chinese delicacies in West Kalimantan Indonesia, because chinese in west kalimantan and yaowarat thailand come from same root Chao Zou Ren speaks Teochew, thats why the thailand chinese delicacies look almost the same as west kalimantan like kue jab we called it Kwee Cap too, but instead using pork belly, they used pork skin.
