Very beautiful houses👍👍. I see that often in in Thailand, when they construct new housing compounds. They are very generous with of the space of the roads but very thrifty with the space between the houses. Can‘t understand why. Bigger garden is better that bigger roads in my opinion.

What a magnificent property and area! Definitely luxurious with an upscale price (even for Chicago standards). QUESTION: What percentage of your clients have their rent paid for by either the company that they are employed for as compared to paying $5,400 USD per month out-of-pocket? I’m guessing that many of your clients are CEO’s, etc. You have an excellent business model.
@PMLynch2 жыл бұрын
I've heard of housing allowances for exectutives stationed abroad that range from $1,000 a month to over $15,000 a month, depending on high up you are on thr corporate ladder. Here's a sample of a Western Union exectutive's housing contract where he's getting a $20,000 a month housing allowance to live in London. "The Company will provide and pay for the rental of an apartment in an area within reasonable commuting distance to the London office, not to exceed $20,463 USD per month (exclusive of utilities) with a Utility Allowance not to exceed an average of $1,179 USD per month. If you elect housing which results in a cost in excess of this allowance, you agree to pay the difference." I think you're correct in guessing that most of those homes are rented by exectutives. I also would guess that quite a few of them are empty now.

Good morning Clinton. We received your message via email. Thank you for connecting :-) Houses here start from around 80 Million THB.

As I research quickly, most of them is vacant. The pattern of ‘Compound’ that is different to its surrounding is the characteristic of Bangkok. As its urbaner, BKK is quite bad in term of city planning, so you would see beautiful but weird projects all the area which reflects the uniqueness and economic inequality at the same time.

@@globaltravelmate You clearly say that you are “going to film a really nice house”. You mention that at least twice at the beginning of the video.
